various major cities of Pakistan to reliably meet our customers' demands. The facility at Port Qasim produces atmospheric gases
through 100 TPD ASU plant, 23 TPD of Carbon dioxide through compression & water separation & 390 Nm3/hr Hydrogen gas

Responsible for any break down maintenance.
Implementation of the Preventive maintenance plans as per MAXIMO schedule to effectively
calculate MTTF & MTTR.
In-house RAM & RCM Analysis of the ASU & Hydrogen plant to achieve the maximum reliability of
ASU Compressors & Hydrogen plant thyristor controlled rectifiers & electrolytic cells.
Implementation of the Preventive Maintenance of plant machinery Compressors, Cooling towers,
exchangers, refrigeration units, pumps, and expansion machines.
Responsible for installation, maintenance & commissioning of 23 TPD CO2 plant at Linde Port
Qasim covering all the Electrical & Instrumentation scope.
Responsible for carrying out Electrical Earthing audit for BOC Pakistan West wharf & Port Qasim
Responsible for the implementation of Operation and Engineering directives in BOC Pakistan.

instrumentation and control systems of PVC-I, PVC-II and Chlor Alkali Plants.
