PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE


Project Manager

Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management, including Project Planning, Project Schedule,
Budget Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of
projects to meet customer's expectations within timeline, quality and budget
Overall project management including customer relationship, vendor & sub-
contractor management.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Management to explore and
develop strategies to expand sales and business opportunities
Demonstrate proven track record on all aspect of project management
Trip in Southern pacific countries to support project delivery

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering
(Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Have 2 years of project management experience in telecommunication industry
Possess recognized project management qualifications, such as PMI, would be an
added advantage
Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management
methodologies.
Can be long time (more than 9 months per year) business trip to other countries.
Excellent negotiation and budget control skill.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
Assist PM for overall responsibility for project activities.
Assist PM for plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material
and equipment logistics.
Assist PM for general control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans,
drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layout and
network configuration data.
Assist PM for supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the
relevant conditions of the contract.
Assist PM for participate in bidding activities and identify implementation
requirements from tender documents.
Assist PM for plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer
implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when
necessary.
Assist PM for responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life
(initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar with system scope and
project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to
effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree from Engineering or Science with minimum GPA 3.00.

Project Controller

Responsibilities:
Responsible for program progress control and planning.
Report to Program Management Office by daily basis.
Customer reporting related.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
Have minimum 1 year experience in Planning or Project Reporting.
Have basic material control knowledge.
Good command in English both oral and written is a must. Good command in
mandarin is preferred.
Literate in MS word, excel, and power point, and familiar in data processing, and
database.
Have strong discipline, analytical and problem solving.

Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:
PIC for Health, Safety and Environment of the project.
To train, support, guide project team and subcontractors on quality.
To ensure site documentations are according to the standard and requirement.
To improve the project quality.
To audit and evaluate the subcontractor teams.
To ensure that the processes and work flows are implemented.
To have regular meeting with sub-con for site defects discussions and status.
Escalate any issues and problems encountered to PM and QM

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT engineering or
any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
2 years Telecom industry work experience as QC
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

NETWORK INTEGRATION SERVICES


RNP/O Engineer

Responsibilities:
Reviewing contractual and work package commitments.
Developing and publishing guidelines for the most efficient planning and engineering
design for the network.
Producing and implementing full Network Planning department end-to-end processes,
including but not limited to departmental milestones that are harmonized with the
main delivery project plan.
Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy.
Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.
Developing processes to interface with the Managed Services/Operations
department.
Represent HUAWEI RF teams in project meetings with customer.
Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams.
Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF planning, design and
optimization activities on networks including; cell planning, coverage predictions,
traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis
and monitoring.
Establish and implement a reporting structure on progress against project
deliverables and KPIs on a national basis, Responsible for document control during
RF.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study with GPA
3.00.

IBC Engineer

Responsibilities:
Work for large-scale and important IBS project, as a project manager, or technical
leader to support project manager, control the project cost, schedule and quality.
Complete understand the SOW of contract and exact customer requirement in
Indonesia.
Output IBS project delivery plan and technical solution, control and monitor project
implementation. Be responsible for IBS project acceptance and revenue.
As a leader of IBS team, in charge of management and communication of related
customer, team member and subcontractor, enhance customer satisfaction and
promote the market consolidation and development.

Requirements:
Be familiar with the project management method. Be familiar with large-scale,
integrated communication construction project procedures and quality management
method, etc.
Be familiar with wireless telecommunication network, relevant engineering design
standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, and
various planning & design tools.
Be familiar with in building solution design, radio network plan & optimization, and
those who have such experience is preferred.
With common knowledge of relevant laws, business, finance, and bidding project
experience.
Be good at training and motivating subordinates, good at communication
coordination external and internal, well communication management ability and team
management ability.
Good at finding and solving problems, and has a good sense of balancing and
controlling a project.
Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Core Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for project implementation and roll out.
Responsible Maintenance operation and troubleshooting.
Periodic reporting to superior, Senior Supervisor and Team Leader.

Maintain KPI of Change Request and trouble ticket.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication Engineering.
Have Minimum 2 Years Experience in Telecommunication Field.

Microwave Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide Technical assistant and Troubleshooting guide.
Fulfill customer target.
Subcontractor Training and Management.
Make sure the stability of Customer Network.
To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve the KPI.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Telecommunications, or related area.
Minimum have 2 years experience in telecom industry (same position).
Have Basic Knowledge about Networking (Internet Protocol).
Have experience with Huawei Microwave (RTN) would be an advantage.
Willing to be home based in all Indonesia regions.
Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.

Optical Engineer

Responsibilities:
Support Commissioning Test, Integration, Acceptance Test, Troubleshooting during
Optical Project Delivery
Making SDH/DWDM Planning and Design
Guiding and Coordination with Field Operation Team and Subcontractor during
support Optical Project Delivery.
Support work at NOC for major activities e.g cut over, upgrade and swap project
Make sure the stability of Customer Network.
To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve the SLA.

Requirements:
At least Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Electrical,
or related area.
At least have 2 years experiences in Optical Transmission Network (commissioning
and troubleshooting). Understand SDH/DWDM Huawei/ALU/NSN is preferable.
Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
Team player and also can work individual.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Datacom Engineer

Responsibilities:
Handle Datacom project and access project.
Maintain team development and subcontractor team development.
Provide technique support for implementation stage.
Manage subcontractor to complete work in time.
Maintenance live network and troubleshooting network problem.
Maintain customer relation and provide technical solution for customer.
Prepare network design for implementation and MoP for live network work.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Communication/Electronic engineering
or related field.
5 years of work experience in Datacom network engineering, strong technical
knowledge in Datacom (Networking).
Able to readwriteand converse in Englishgood spoken English is must.
Able to readwriteand converse in Mandarin is advantages.
Strong Ability in networking protocol (Routing, Switching, MPLS, Firewall, L3VPN,
L2VPN, PCEF, Access Gateway).
Good communication skills and team work charactersbe logical and well organized.

TNP Engineer

Responsibilities:
Microwave Network Planning and Design, output HLD and LLD.
Output the network topology and frequency assignment.
Support Project Manager make the Microwave implementation schedule.

Requirements:
2 until 5 year experience in Transmission Network planning.
Familiar with Microwave link design.
Familiar with Transmission Network service plan, familiar with Ethernet service
planning is prefer.
Have experience in Microwave project delivery.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English is a must. Ability to
communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Wireless Engineer

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical problem that occurs in customer network.
Do health check and preventive maintenance for wireless equipment in customer
network.
Build and update database of equipments and configuration in related network.
Analyze and optimize customer network.
Responsible for customer satisfaction in maintenance delivery.
Develop technical ability of the customer.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering
(Industrial) or equivalent.
Experience in wireless GSM/CDMA/UMTS/Wimax. Strong technical knowledge in
mobile communication.
Fluent in English is a must, able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skill & communication skill.
Huawei HCDA/HCDP/HCIE etc. professional certificate is an advantage.


Data Center Engineer

Responsibilities:
Supporting telecommunication TOC/ Data Center (DC) utilities service.
Customer requirement analysis, early involved in bidding period, E2E DC/TOC
utilities System Integration (SI) planning and design.
Products integration, such as delivery, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Support TOC/DC utilities SI service development (service sales):
- AC and DC Power and power distribution system
- Cooling system
- Fire suppression and detection system
- Monitoring and Security system
- Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor
Periodic business operation control and optimization, monitor revenue, cost, etc.

Requirements:
Above bachelor degree and has more than 3 years of Data Center/TOC utilities
product service experience.
Have at least two kinds of data center utility product knowledge, such as precision air
conditioner, Genset, UPS, rectifier, power distribution, fire suppression, monitoring,
etc.
Familiar with Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore computer room/telecommunication
site/data center industry standard.
Be skilled in customer and internal technical communication.
Has project operation experience, be skilled in team working and cooperation.
Has good organizing and execution capability, can endure hard working and high
delivery pressure.


Structure Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for telecom site design work including Tower structure and foundations,
BTS Structure and foundation and DG Pads and allied works as customer
requirement.
Doing site survey to check availability area for CME (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical)
point of view on site.
Making Bill of Quantity of site based on telecom site design drawing.
Manage and review telecom site design drawing.
Manage telecom site design teams, controlling the process, communicate with
customer.
Provide technical support to CME and related persons.
Manage customer requirements and work closely with the project team to avoid
some lack material which is needed in installation.
Manage the third party (telecom service supplier and telecom site design
subcontractor)

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field of study.
Minimum 3 years experience for Civil Works engineering in telecom filed.
Good knowledge of civil works in Telecommunication field.
Good skill of management and communication.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in Auto Cad application and other design tools.



Material Controller

Responsibilities:
Monitor end to end cargo to fulfill rollout requirement.
Control and improve ITO & LTO KPI.
Monitor Cargo issue and escalate to project management team for quick decision.
Cooperate with internal Dept. conduct or attend related meeting, push cargo.
Communicate with project team, marketing and all related departments for problem
solving.
Responsible for meeting KPI target set by company target.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from any major.
Have more than 5 years management experience Supply Chain related area. Have
experience in telecommunication industry will be preferred.
Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Have literate computer skill in Microsoft office and other IT tools.
Good communication skill, open mind, can manage different tasks with priority.
Experience in team management is preferred.


ASSURANCE & MANAGED SERVICES


Wireless Capacity & Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
Accountable for GSM/UMTS Wireless (BSS/RAN/BTS/Node-B) network planning,
design & capacity activities
Manage the wireless network capacity and utilization and able to come up with
expansion plans
Propose design & topology improvements for short term and long term strategy to
optimize the network
Service and capacity demand forecasting for future needs
Provide report for monitoring on capacity utilization and design proposal
Proactive maintenance (trend analysis)
Supports the evolution/dimensioning of future capacity needs, configuration
management & optimization in GSM/UMTS work.

Requirements:
Graduated for reputable university majoring telecommunication with good result.
Knowledge on planning concept and topology.
Familiar with GSM system, wireless technology, voice and data traffic.
Able to communicate in English, both oral & writing.
4 years experience in cellular network environment.
Able to work under high pressure working environment to achieve target.





Wireless Capacity & Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
Planning and Design RNC Topology.
Monitoring and perform Upgrade RNC Capacity.
Provide Capacity reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis to customer and high
level management Produce Forecast traffic.
Maintain utilization hardware base on Forecast traffic / trend line.

Requirement
Bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from a reputed
university.
Have at least 2 years experience in Planning RNC.
Good in English both written and oral.
Familiar with macro tools (e.g. Access, Excel) is advantage.

Application & Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
To implement project of software services such as BSS, SDP, IPTV, IN, Billing, SMS,
MMS or VAS Service.
Their duties and responsibilities would revolve around project delivery and system
maintenance.
Optimize system reliability and problem resolutions.
CR analysis and implementation.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.
At least 2 years experience in the field of telecommunication.
Strong exposure knowledge in PLSQL, Unix/Linux & Oracle.
Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Independent and/or team player.
Result oriented.
The knowledge about telecom operational support system, billing system, value
