1. INTRODUCTION:
The project entitled B.TECH DEPARTMENT is developed for established B.TECH
department in the Himachal Pradesh University. To manage all operations of the B.TECH
department , this project is developed. It will have all the basic module to manage the
operations concerning Student result, fee and much more.
This is a software application maintain the records related to various semesters, staff and
department as a whole.


2. PROJECT:

B.TECH DEPARTMENT Website is a HTML based website that maintains the
records of students by making their account; it also provides basic information about
B.TECH DEPARTMENT. It also shows result, fee, and attendance of students. It also shows
the employee information.


3. OBJECTIVE:

The main objective of the application is to automate the existing system of manually
maintained the records and thus provide a fast and efficient software decreasing the work
load on staff, office and students at different levels.




4. SCOPE:

This application can be used by any college or school to automate the process of
manually maintaining the records related to the subject of concern.
5. Hardware and Software requirement:

Processor : Intel Core Duo 2.0 GHz or more
RAM : 1 GB or More
Hard disk : 80GB or more
Monitor : 15 CRT, or LCD monitor
Keyboard : Normal or Multimedia
Mouse : Compatible mouse

5.2 Software Requirement

Softwares : Notepad or any editor we can also use dream viewer,
Internet explorer. Firefox.
Operation System : Windows XP with server pack 3
