MONDAY 11th
WARMING UP AND ORAL PRACTICE

Students will listen to the unit 6 story Happy Birthday


They will review the question How old are you? Im years old

WRITTEN PRACTICE
Listen and read. (PB.P. 69). Student will listen and then read a dialogue about age.
Listen and say. (PB.P. 69). Students will listen and say different questions asking about age.
Listen and sing. (PB.P. 69). Students will listen to a song.
Match. (WB.P.53). students will match pictures (one of each) with their corresponding plural.
Ex: a sweet with a bag full of sweets.
Find the same word. Circle it. (WB.P.53). There is a word (man) and next to the word there are
some other words that look and sound similar. Students will circle the same word.
Mach the questions and answers. (GP.P. 22). There are some questions whose answers are not
in order. Students will match the questions with their corresponding answers.
Write. (GP.P. 22). Students will write the missing words in a dialogue.

TUESDAY 12th
WARMING UP AND ORAL PRACTICE

Students will describe what the see in a beautiful picture using there is / are. (PB.P. 70).

READING COMPREHENSION.

Read and write YES or NO. (PB.P. 71). After reading a short text, students will write YES next to
the correct sentences and NO next to the incorrect ones.
How many are there? Draw lines. (PB.P. 71). Students will count the pictures in the story and
theyll march them with the corresponding number.
Listen read and say. (PB.P. 71). Students will listen and say a chant.
Write. (WB.P.54). Students will look at some pictures and theyll write sentences with THEY
ARE..
Write. (WB.P.54). Students will write the missing words in the sentences.

Students will review singular and plural nouns. Then, theyll make questions with How

WRITTEN PRACTICE
Write. (WB. P. 50). Students will look at the pictures and write how many items they see.
Count and answer the questions. (WB. P. 50). Students look at a picture and answer the
questions with how many.
Write. (GP.P. 20) students complete a dialogue.

THURSDAY 14th
WARMING UP AND ORAL PRACTICE

Students will describe some pictures using there is /are and verb to be.

WRITTEN PRACTICE (listening)

Listen and write the letters. (PB.P 72). Students will listen to the tape and write the letter that
corresponds to the picture being described.
Listen again. Listen for these words. (PB.P 72). Student will listen, paying special attention to
the following words: noisy, pretty, funny, quiet, happy.
Look and write. (WB.P.55) students will answer some questions about age. Then, theyll match
the answers with the corresponding pictures.
Look and read. (WB.P.55). students will just look at a description.
Now you. Draw and write. (WB.P.55). students will write about themselves and a friend,
following the model of the previous activity.
Write (GP.P.24). students will complete the sentences with verb To Be.
Write questions. (GP.P. 24). Students will unscramble some questions and write them correctly.
FRIDAY 15th

WARMING UP AND ORAL PRACTICE

Students will look at a picture in their books and theyll say what they can see. (PB.P. 73)

WRITTEN PRACTICE
Finish the sentences. (PB.P. 73). There is a text accompanied by pictures. The sentences in the
text are not finished. Students will finish them with words from a word-bank.
Look at the pictures. Read and write the letters. (WB.P. 56). There are some pictures (A B C
and D) and 4 descriptions. Students will read the descriptions and write the letter of the
corresponding picture.
Write IS or ARE.(GP.P.25). There are some sentences starting with THERE, students will look
at the pictures and write IS or ARE.
Write quest ions and answers. (GP.P.25). students will write either the missing questions or
answers in a dialogue.
