be amended to The Council will review the housing land supply annually

Homes for Scotland (CLDP041j) Policy SC1 'Maintaining a Housing Land
Supply', is considered to be a positively worded Policy that seeks to secure a
5 year land supply is maintained at all times throughout the term of the LDP.

A generous amount of land is allocated for housing to meet the strategic
housing requirement in Clackmannanshire. Table 3 (page 34) indicates the
supply planned for at this stage. Delivery will be monitored through the annual
housing land audit process during the term of the LDP. No changes are
therefore sought to the LDP.
