Learn how to model processes with IBM BPM V8 and IBM BlueworksLive (BWL)
Learn how to implement a modeled process in IBM BPM V8
Bootcamp trainig is tailored to GBS needs:
Tools
Methodology (Agile Programming with Playbacks),
Best Practices (incl. Guidelines and Naming Convention)
Focus is to give the GBS practioneers the chance to get hands-on experiences with the IBM
BPM V8 product:
Most of the time in the second week is reserved for hands-on training.
Simulate the modeling, design and development work of a real BPM project with IBM BPM V8.
At the end of this bootcamp you should have modeled and implemented a process application
in small groups (1-2 persons) based on a given scenario.
The bootcamp depends heavily on the creativity of the participants of the training!

The next 3 full days is about practicing what you learned in the first 6 days. In a safe
environment, you will model and implement your first own project (without extensive
guidance from the instructor). This hands-on experience will give you confidence in your
BPM skills before going in a real client project.
