Section I. - The Head of State, the person tasked with conducting diplomac, appointing, recommending, and dismissing !inisters, !ilitar "fficers, and !em#ers of the $o#ilit, including %eers of the House of &ords, will #e the !onarch. The !onarch is selected # following the #loodline of a hereditar famil which has the inherent right-to-rule. Section II. - The Head of Government, the person tasked with consulting the electorate, composing legislation, and passing legislation, will #e the %rime !inister. The %rime !inister is the leader of the part with the greatest amount of seats in the House of 'ommons. The %rime !inister serves at the pleasure of the !onarch (as long as elections are held on a free, fair, and regulated time period). Article II. - %owers of the Head of State Section I. - The !onarch reserves the power to appoint, dismiss, and recommend 'a#inet*Government !inisters, !ilitar &eaders, and !em#ers of the $o#ilit, including %eers of the House of &ords. Section II. - The !onarch reserves complete power of the Armed +orces of the ,ritish -mpire. Section III. - The !onarch must give .oal Assent to all #ills, resolutions, or legislation that passes through %arliament. The !onarch also reserves the right to not give .oal Assent, thus vetoing the legislation. The !onarch gives .oal Assent to #ills which have passed in the House of 'ommons and House of &ords, formall making the #ills into laws. The !onarch ma refuse to give .oal Assent for onl declarations of war, modifications to .oal %rerogative, modifications to courts created # law, and if the Act contradicts the individual rights and freedoms. Section IV. - The !onarch ma dismiss the %rime !inister on the advice of the House of 'ommons # a !otion of $o 'onfidence. Section V. - The !onarch issues declarations of war and signs foreign treaties which are passed # an Act of %arliament. Section VI. - The term .oal %rerogative shall #e defined as all powers and authorit granted to the monarch # this constitution. These powers and authorities include the following/ 0 Giving or refusing to .oal Assent according to Art. II. Sec. III. 0 Appoint and dismiss mem#ers to the House of &ords according to Art. II. Sec. I. 0 Appoint and dismiss the %rime !inister according to Article II. Sec. I1. 0 Appoint and dismiss government ministers according to Art. II. Sec. I. 0 Grant titles of peerage and roalt according to Art. II. Sec. I. 0 'ommand the armed forces according to Article II. Sec. II. 0 Grant legal pardon to an group mem#er convicted # a court of law Article III 2 %arliament Section I. - The upper house of the %arliament is the House of &ords. The House of &ords is made up of fifteen peers, appointed # the !onarch. The House of &ords is comprised of a &ord 'hancellor, a &ord 'hief 3ustice, eight hereditar or life-serving &ords with varing titles of no#ilit, and five &ords who speciali4e in law. These five 5&aw &ords5 will comprise the si6 person 7udicial #ench, sitting along side the &ord 'hief 3ustice, as the highest civil appeals court in the -mpire. Section II, - The lower house of %arliament is the House of 'ommons. The House of 'ommons is made up of si6 hundred fift seats, which are allocated #ased on the election of the House of 'ommons. An election for the House of 'ommons must alwas occur ever four weeks after the previousl election was held. Section III. - An election for the House of 'ommons takes place in two stages. The first stage is registration # political parties to run in the election, which lasts for fort eight hours. .egistration re8uires that political parties must list the name of their part and leader of their part. The second stage is the voting, which lasts for fort eight hours. In the voting stage, #allots are cast # voting for one political part. "nce an election has ended, political parties are allocated seats in the si6 hundred fift mem#er House of 'ommons according to the results proportionall. The leader of a part determines the wa in which their part9s seats vote on legislation. Section IV. - According to the results of an election, the !onarch appoints the leader of the ma7orit part in the House of 'ommons to the position of %rime !inister. The !onarch appoints the deput leader of the same part as the %rime !inister to #e :eput %rime !inister. If the results of an election lead to a Hung %arliament in which no part has an a#solute ma7orit of seats, the leader of the largest coalition of parties is appointed %rime !inister # the !onarch. Government ministers are appointed # the !onarch on the advice of the %rime !inister. Section V. - The %rime !inister is the Head of Government. The %rime !inister ma resign from the office, forcing a new election to #e called within five das or less. The :eput %rime !inister succeeds the %rime !inister in their office if the %rime !inister is incapacitated or permanentl incapa#le of fulfilling their constitutional role. Section VI. - A political part is #arred from running in an election to the House of 'ommons if the part holds the following #eliefs/ Authoritarianism, totalitarianism, anti-democrac, racism, anti- Semitism, homopho#ia, 6enopho#ia, white-supremac or an variation of these #eliefs.
