Facility1 Stockyard Manager will query for Vehicle in the inventory of the Facility2 or inventory of another facility within dealership. Facility1 Stockyard Manager/Sales Consultant/Sales Manager/Team Leader will query for Vehicle in the inventory of the Facility2 or inventory of another facility within dealership. The Query of Vehicle in the Inventory is allowed to Sales Department users for allotment of Vehicle against Vehicle Booking. A Vehicle booking created in a facility can be alloted a Vehicle from invenotory of another facility which is Parent facility or which is child facility under the same parent facility. Facility1 Sales Manager will place offline request to Facility2 Stockyard Manger for Transfer of Vehicle. Vehicle Stock Transfer Request: 1. Facility1 Sales Manager should go to Vehicle In view in the Vehicle Stock Transfer screen. Click on New button, Query for Vehicle, Select the VIN. Vehicle with Status Available and Allotted from the inventory within the Dealership Formatted: Font: (Default) Times New Roman, 12 pt Formatted: List Paragraph, Numbered + Level: 1 + Numbering Style: 1, 2, 3, + Start at: 1 + Alignment: Left + Aligned at: 0.25" + Indent at: 0.5" should be available for selection. At this point status of the Stock transfer transaction should be created with sttus as Open. 2. Facility Sales Manager should click on the button Request Transfer. The Status for the Stock Transfer should become Requested. Vehicle Stock Transfer Approval: 1. Facility2 Stockyard In-charge should get to see all the Vehicle Stock Transfer Requests in the list applet of Vehicle Out. Facility2 Stockyard In-Charge should be able to approve the Transaction with status Requested only. Stockyard In-charge should click on button Approve and the status of the Stock Transfer Request transaction should change to Approved from Requested. At this point, the Inventory Transaction should get fired and the Organization name should be changed to Facility1 from Faciltiy2. 2. BIP report for the Stock Transfer should be allowed to print for transaction with status Approved only. This Stock Transfer Document is also as Gate Pass. Vehicle Stock Transfer Receipt: 1. Facility1 Stockyard In-Charge, on physical Receipt of the Vehicle should navigate to Vehicle Stock Transfer Screen, Vehicle In view, Select the Stock Transfer transaction for the VIN and click on the button Received. On click of the button Vehicle Receipt, the status of the transaction should change to Received from Approved. Business Rules and Automation: 1. The Vehicle Stock Transfer should be for Facility2 Stockyard Manager should be able to transfer Vehicle with status Available or AllotedAllotted only for Stock Transfer from Inventory within the Dealership. Vehicle with status In-transit Damaged, Invoiced, Delivered, In-transit, In-transit-AllotedAllotted, In-transit Invoiced should not be allowed for stock transfer. (AllotedAllotted Vehicle are allowed as Sales Consultant from Facility1 can In-transit Allot a Vehicle from Inventory from Facility2) 2. In the Vehicle Stock Transfer Screen, there should be two aggregate views: a. In case of Vehicle Stock Transfer Return, Facility2 Sales Manager should place a request to the Facility1 for Stock transfer; the Vehicle Stock Transfer should be repeated. 5. There should be Transaction ID, Transaction Date, VIN#, Type (Vehicle Stock Transfer), Source Location, Destination Location, Transfer Status (Requested, Approved, And Received)
6. In the VIN pick applet, VIN number, VIN status, Variant Code, Variant Description, Color Code and Color Description, Booking Number, Inventory Location should be displayed.
7. A VIN selected for Stock transfer transaction should not be available for another Stock Transfer transaction.
8. In case of any damage during In-transit, it should be handled offline.
9. In the Vehicle Out view no information for the transaction should be editable.
10. The VIN status throughout the Stock Transfer process should not change.
11. The Values for Stock Transfer transaction should be Open, Requested, Approved, and Received only.

(Alloted Vehicle are allowed as Sales Consultant from Facility1 can In-transit Allot a Vehicle from Inventory from Facility2) Facility2 Stockyard Manager will select the Vehicle and will select the Source Inventory as Facility2 Stockyard and Facility1 stockyard as Destination inventory. Facility2 Stockyard Manager will click on the button Submit Transfer. Facility 2 Stockyard Manager should only get to select the Inventory of his Location only in the Source Inventory. Facility2 Stockyard Manager should get to select Inventory within his dealership only. An inventory of another dealership should not be available for selection as Destination Inventory. Facility2 Stockyard Manager Should not be allowed to transfer vehicle to External Location. An Inventory Transaction should get fired in the Siebel DMS application and the Organization field of the VIN should be updated to Facility1 Name from Facilit2 Name. On Completion of the Intra Dealer Transfer there should be a Stock Transfer BIP report. There should be no Gate Pass generated in the Siebel system. Admin Rights for the Process should be given to HAI MDM position.
