Table 8 shows that most of the employed residents belong to related works. Production
and related works rank 2nd in the most employment in the barangay .Services workers rank third
3rd ,fourth to those who are farmers and lastly those who are engaged in other employment.
Communication technologies such as telephone, cell phone and others used by offices.
Science and technologies are prevent in most works it not are, even simple jobs such as fishing
and farming

As to political structure of the place, the highest political position the punong barabgay,
followed by seven Councilors Treasurers Secretary. The barabgay also has the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairman and SK Kagawad
The Captain is the hard of the barangay . in the absence of the barangay Captain, the
first Selected councilors take care .
The kagwad are the second highest in political position
They are responsible to guard the barabgay hall as schedule.
They participate or help the program being implemented in the barangay.
 The secretary is responsible in making minutes of the meeting and keeping records
of the council.She is accountable for the safekeeping of are pertinent records ,data and legal
matters.
The treasurer keeps records regarding expenses of the barangay ,keep and collect
funds needed for barabgay projects
The SK Chairman is the voices of the youth of barangay
Next in line is the Barabgay Kagawad.
The barangay has a muliti-purpose barangay hall.it is used for meeting
purpose,baranagy programs etc.
Communication technologic such as cell phone,telephone,walkie-talkies,radio is
essential in their job for their job for peole connection .

Barangay Tanod Council.The Chief Tanod leads and directs his tanod members to see the safety
and security of barangay
General Barangay Cabaraon is a peaceful community having no cases of crimes
reported for this year and for the past years .
Sometimes ,troubles arise when the men are already drunk. But this is being pacified and
conflicting parties are soon at peace with each other
