My professional objective is to apply my skills and passion in service of
business and the community, in pursuing a positive vision of the future.
I consider myself versatile, resourceful, dependable and professional.
My strength lies in supporting organisations to deliver on their purpose, by
enabling people, developing systems and processes, and mindfully using
technology.

EXPERIENCE Operations Manager Oct 2012 Present
Sustainable Living Tasmania (SLT)
Provided dependable, high level executive support for the CEO and the
Board, including a successful strategic planning weekend retreat
delivered for $3k. My support enabled the Board to make informed
decisions and the CEO to better focus on strategic opportunities.
Conducted detailed business systems evaluations to determine the
best fit for SLTs needs and culture, including accounting software,
project database and customer relationship database. My attention to
detail and ability to quickly assimilate new information has reaped time
and cost savings.
Engineered simpler methods for paying SLT, and designed internal
membership and donor processes. My work has laid the foundations
for SLT to grow its donor income and membership base.
Revolutionised SLTs office by: upgrading IT & phone infrastructure;
building systems to enable staff to collaborate more easily, building a
modern Event space capable of live broadcasting; driving a staged
program for improving SLTs facilities. As well as making SLT an
attractive place to visit, SLTs capacity has been transformed from that
of a small NGO to a medium-size NGO, all on a shoestring budget.
Primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of SLT, including
recruiting and managing a diverse range of volunteers, front line
enquiry handling, and assisting colleagues to maintain their
productivity. In addition I acted as the secondary accounts officer to
share the load of financial processing responsibilities.

of 9 offices within Australia. I connected all offices via video and phone link

open and accountable governance.

functioning of two campaign centres and a retail shop.

wellbeing of staff, policy development, enterprise bargaining administration.

integration with other branches Australia-wide, managed and developed

solved) and the IT department (the IT team was held in higher esteem by
more business units).
