Please use this checklist to ensure all the essential documents are submitted in the Online Application
Form. Certified copies of originals documents need to be uploaded in PDF file format.

Please note: there is no requirement from the ACS for an IELTS or equivalent testing results.


Application Forms

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM completed for ONE of the following application types:

1. Recent Graduates of an Australian University in Australia
2. Recent Graduates of an Australian University in Australia with ICT skilled experience considered
3. General Skills Assessment
4. Recognition Letter
5. RPL Assessment - (Recognition of Prior Learning)

SECONDARY APPLICATION FORM IF REQUIRED

Review, Appeal or Revalidation application (if applicable)
1. Review Application Form Skills Assessment
2. Appeal Application Form Skills Assessment
3. Revalidation Application From Skills Assessment


Fees


Paid by Credit Card or Direct Debit via the Online Application Form or alternative payment
made by Cheque/Money Order and mailed to the ACS.

Personal Documents


Certified copy of birth certificate or passport uploaded as in PDF file format.


Education and Training Qualifications


Certified copies documents relating to all academic qualifications to be assessed containing the
following information:

Title of award
Name of awarding institution
The month/year it was completed and/or conferred
Subjects completed and grades achieved
Exemption/Advance Standing letters (if required for subject or entry exemptions)
Abstract of Research if the qualification is completed through Research

These documents need to be in PDF format as a scan of a certified copy of original documents AND
English translations if documents are not in English. This information is typically found in transcripts,
mark sheets, testamurs, completion letters and awards.

Online PDF copy of vendor qualifications with noted login in and password for verification checks.


Work Experience Documents


PDF certified copies of all employment documentation to be assessed containing the following
information:

Each skilled employment reference must contain:
Start & Finish Dates of Employment
Description of Duties Performed
Hours worked - Full time or Part time
Country where Employment was Completed
Company Letterhead and signed by the author
