Are You New to the Light Body?
What is the light body, and what will it do if I awaken it?
Te light body is a vehicle of light you create that will allow you
to sense and work with higher, fner energies. Tis vehicle of light
makes it easier to transform your personality, to meet and work with
evolved beings, and to experience higher realms and dimensions.
It ofers a spiritual awakening as you progress through the levels,
exploring an increasingly larger universe. Your light body aids you
in more easily transforming your consciousness, thoughts, feelings,
situations, relationships, and your life circumstances into a higher
vibration and experience. Start with the basic Awakening Your Light
Body course on pages LB4LB9.
I Am a Light Body Graduate, What Is Next?
We have provided a suggested path of study as indicated by arrows in
the overview charts. You can study any level at any time after graduating
from the basic six-part Awakening Your Light Body courses. However,
following the basic levels upward, i.e. moving from Awakening Your
Light Body, to Self-Exciting and Frequencies, to Light Body Consciousness
and so on gives you more skill as you move into even higher levels.
During any of DaBens journeys you can experience states of
consciousness that are many levels above the level taught in the
course you are working with. All levels are available to you.
As you gain skill with the lower levels you have built a vehicle of
light that provides a solid foundation of enough illumination, skill, and
understanding to be able to perceive, explore, interpret the patterns,
sustain, and maintain your experiences of the higher levels.
While you can reach higher realms without a foundation, you
will not be as able to know what to do once you are there. It is like
walking into a room where the light is too bright; it takes awhile
before you can see and know what space and energies you are in. Te
lower levels give you increasing ability to see in a higher light, and
more skill in interpreting the patterns and navigating the energies
and fows as they change. You do not need to complete all of the
courses in any level to move to higher levels. Every course you study
will add to your foundation and skill with the energies as you explore
higher, fner, and more light-flled realms and radiate that energy to
your life and to everyone around you. In each course, DaBen teaches
you the key light body skills needed to experience what is ofered in
that course. Always study the courses that most appeal to you.
Use Whatever Information About the Light Body
Levels Tat Is Useful to You
On the pages that follow we present charts of key states and
qualities you may experience at each level. Tere are many more
states you can experience than the ones indicated. As you read these
key experiences and states, think of the many additional qualities,
states, and new consciousness you have already experienced as you
awakened, built, and lifted into upper levels of your light body.
Note: You may already have a way of sequencing, viewing, and
thinking about the light body. Use any information about the light
body study levels presented here that is useful to you, and integrate it
with however you already view the light body levels. Tere is no right
or wrong way to explore the light body; your way is perfect for you.
Returning to Light Body Spaces If It Has Been
Awhile
If it has been awhile since you ran the energies, we suggest you
pick a few favorite journeys and listen to them. With the number
of people now running the light body energies and the changes in
earth energy, you may fnd it easier and more enjoyable than ever
to get into light body spaces. Even after years away, people discover
that they can have very expansive, transformative experiences. You
can continue from wherever you left of, even if it has been awhile.

As a Light Body graduate, can I

We have people at all level of skill
with their light body participating
in the seminars. The energies at a
seminar, whether you come in person
or participate remotely, are very high.
Everyone lifts into new, higher spaces
as DaBen transmits certain energies,
amplifed by the large number of people

time-frame. Your guide and many
highly evolved Beings are present to

light body, as illustrated by the overview

fner, lighter, and closer to Source. We

to assist you in seeing at-a-glance some
of the highlights of what you will be

After you complete the Basic Awakening
Your Light Body courses you are ready
to move into higher levels of the light
body path. At the Self-Exciting and
Frequencies level you learn skills to
build and fll in your light body. This
allows you to sense energy and work
at an energy level to create a more
fulflling and abundant life.
The next level DaBen calls Light Body
Consciousness. You expand into the
higher levels of the light body which
allows you to sense some of the vast
energies and realms that exist all around
you that are affecting your earth life.
You work in the realm of potential to
unfold the highest possibilities within
every relationship, form, and situation.
You gain more ability to work in and
experience simultaneous time where
what you want already exists. DaBen
has called this fourth dimensional
manifesting. You will learn more
about this in courses at the light body
consciousness level.
As you move into the upper levels of
the light body, into the Exploring Innite
Being level, you learn to sense higher
realms and to converse with the very
evolved beings who are there.
The focus from this level up into
Evolving into Your Luminous Body level
is about the vastness of your being as
you exist in higher realities. You realize
that you already have a presence in these
higher realms, and that this presence is
waiting for you to evolve into it. While
explorations at these higher levels
do not directly affect your earth life,
the ability to sense and work in these
realms can give your life new meaning
and purpose. You can have a better
idea of why you are here. You become
aware of energies you can experience
that were not visible to you before. You
lose any fear of death, for you know
beyond doubt that your consciousness
is continuous throughout time.
After completing the six-volume basic
Awakening Your Light Body courses,
you can work at any level of the light
body to which you are drawn. You will
learn whatever is taught at that level.
However, if you study just the higher
levels you will not learn valuable skills
that other levels teach you. To explain
this, let us give you an analogy.
Imagine the view as you sit by a lake,
feel the water and the sun, notice the
smells, and enjoy the beauty. You are
peaceful, your emotions are fowing,
your thoughts are quiet, and you are
enjoying yourself.
Now picture fying above the lake
in an airliner, thousands of feet above
the Earth. You are no longer aware of
the details of the lake or the plants,
animals, and people below. You are
viewing the mountains and valleys,
the weather patterns, clouds and sun
in different ways. You can see the lake
in an even larger context as you view
the environment around and above it.
Next imagine what the view might be
like if you are orbiting the Earth from
the space station. You become more
aware of the Earth as a whole. You can
see mountain ranges, oceans, and the
shape of land masses.
If you want to expand again, you might
even imagine the view from the edge of
the solar system, and note that you must
look very closely to even see the Earth.
Everything looks different from there.
You might think of the light body levels
of consciousness in a similar way.
Rather than exploring physical space,
as you progress through the courses you
are developing a sensory system that
allows you to experience increasingly
higher realms and dimensions that are
non-physical, exist outside of time and
space, are multi-dimensional, and closer
to Source. The lower levels of the light
body offer you the consciousness you
need to bring what you learn in the
higher spaces back into your earth life.
All light body courses offer wonderful
experiences. There is truly no "higher" or
"better," for you can have breath-taking,
profound, and memorable experiences
in all light body meditations. At all
levels of study, the light body courses
guide you to experience states of
consciousness that are peaceful,
flowing, expansive, mystical, and
deeply transformative. Just as your
experiences of being at the lake or
looking out through the window of a
plane can be pleasurable in their own
way, so does each light body course and
journey offer incredible experiences and
life-changing realizations.

Duane and I were channeling one
night when DaBen and Orin began
to talk about a higher system of
energy than the chakras that was
awakening in humanity, called
light body centers. They said that
awakening their light bodies would
create a major evolutionary leap for
humanity.
A few years later, Duane felt called
to go to the Utah desert to seek power
spots. While in these power spots,
DaBen began teaching Duane how
to awaken his light body centers.
In the meantime, Orin was giving
courses in spiritual growth, teaching
people how to stay balanced and
to integrate all the light they were
bringing in. He was teaching people
how to grow spiritually, to become
their higher selves, and to make soul
contact.
Orin and DaBen combined these
teachings to put together a course
in awakening your light body. We
invited people to take a series of
classes, and followed their progress
for several years.
This course is now available as
an audio course using the same
processes taught in the live classes.
Now, years later, many thousands
of people have awakened their light
bodies using the techniques taught
by DaBen and Orin, either through
taking the audio course or through
studying with a Light Body teacher.

flled with light, you will have more
ways to move through these lessons
with greater ease and joy.

These are some comments people made during and after the
seminars about their experiences of the luminous body and
DaBens journeys.
New Senses are opening up since the seminars! This has
allowed me to communicate with my cats and dog in a new
way that they are responding to. I am able to better sense
what they are telling me as well. It is a full body, almost 3-D
experience of their reality that is so rich it is exquisite. I am
much more able to connect with the earth and trees as well.
New Birth: I feel as if I am experiencing something like a
new birth, and others I have talked to feel the same way.
The next step on my path was given to me during a journey!
This is an answer to all of my asking to know what I am to do
next. This just dropped in, out of the blue, during the journey!
My purpose came to me. I was shown how to create and
share my practice through a teaching program. I do not know

Using light body spaces in my daily life: I had one epiphany
after another about how to use the light body in my daily
life. I realized how the light body and luminous body are
supporting all I do, giving me a vast perspective on my life.
I feel so happy! There is a feeling of joy that I cannot

Guidance: In these spaces I have experienced clear guidance

Fun and Play: The seminars have been all about play. The
life-changing experiences are not work. It is so much fun
and incredibly transformative to be in these spaces!
Thoughts and Beliefs: I now realize what thoughts
and beliefs have been imprisoning me, and how (with or
through) the luminous body I can lift above these.
I realize now that there are many more options available
to me that I never knew existed before. I can now move
forward; I know what I need to do. I am no longer afraid. I
know new thoughts will unfold to support me.
I no longer doubt myself and my beliefs. I know for certain
that nobody can tempt me to doubt myself and my beliefs
anymore (while pointing to his heart). I KNOW what I know.
Surrendering: I was fnally able to walk away from so many
old beliefs and ideas. DaBen kept saying that, and fnally, it
happened and when it did, it was like suddenly being lifted
into an entirely different space. There was this BIG opening.
Experienced an entirely new dimension of light: During
a journey I felt like I entered a whole new dimension of
light, with Vast beings and a feeling of profound love
beyond what I have ever experienced. I will never be the
same. I cannot wait to continue to explore this whole new
luminous realm.
Incredible Peace: The experience of peace cannot be
described because it is a different state than what we think of
as ordinary peace. There needs to be a new word for this deep
peace, because our existing words do not do justice to it.
I can rise into a higher realization and perspective of
my life than before. During DaBens journeys I felt like my

derstanding of my life and into more light than ever before.

Duane will be present throughout the seminar, and at most breaks where you can ask questions.
Sanaya will be available throughout the seminar.
You will want to either have a preliminary connection to your guide prior to participating in the seminars
or be open to working with a guide. You will develop and deepen this connection throughout the seminars.
A set of 7 preparatory journeys is available to assist you in getting more out of each seminar with your registration.
These provide an overview of key skills taught in the Exploring Innite Being Series, and are the same for all seminars.

Light Body Graduate Seminars
What is the seminar like?
Throughout the seminar you will be led on 1535 minute guided
meditations by DaBen, preceded or followed by talks. There will
be opportunities to meet and interact with others if you choose.
You are free to quietly leave the room at any time, even during
a meditation, returning after the meditation is fnished. There is
approximately a two-hour lunch break each day. The seminar ends
at 1:00 PM the fnal day. There is plenty of time in the evenings to
meet with others, to go to live plays, to take walks, and to eat at
some of the excellent restaurants in town. Medford is a small town
with many wonderful places to visit nearby.
Most people fnd that the light body spaces are much deeper
and more profound in a group setting, either in person or taking
the seminar remotely, from your home. Participants have a wide
range of light body skills; some come for the frst time and are
recent graduates, and some have attended many seminars. You
will fnd people to be very friendly and many people have made
wonderful new friends at the seminars.
When should I register?
Reserve your place by sending us a deposit as soon as you know
you are coming. If you have not taken the Exploring Innite Being
courses, we suggest you register early enough to listen to DaBen's
preparatory journeys that will guide you through some key steps
that will assist you in better understanding and following DaBens
instructions for the Evolving into Your Luminous Body courses. When
you register, DaBen begins transmitting to you, including you in
the energies that he and many beings of light are setting up for
the seminar. Paying in full before the seminar will save you time
completing your registration the Friday morning of the seminar.
Do I need a car? (It is not necessary)
The Rogue Regency Inn is 5 minutes away from the airport, and
you can arrange for free transportation when you call to make
a room reservation. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself. The
hotel will provide transportation anywhere in Medford for free.
Transmissions from DaBen
Throughout your participation in this course, DaBen will
be sponsoring you and transmitting during each journey the
energies that will assist you in getting the most out of the journeys.
Listen to the seminar meditations online, from home
Join us on the inner or outer planes during seminar times and
receive DaBens transmissions especially for you, to help open up
the space around you so you can have wonderful experiences of
the luminous body energies DaBen is teaching. We post the talks
and meditations within several hours after they are given live, and
we usually have all the journeys and talks available within a day
after the seminar ends. In addition, we have written transcripts
of seminar talks and journeys available very soon after they are
available in audio format.
Opportunities to meet other light body students
Attending a seminar in person can be an opportunity to meet
people who are on a similar path of spiritual growth. People
frequently comment on how friendly and welcoming everyone is.
Will there be opportunities to talk with Duane?
Duane will be available during many of the breaks for question
and answer sessions. Sanaya will be also present throughout the
seminar.
What clothes should I wear? What is the weather like?
April may be cool or warm, while late October tends to be
cooler. We have had heat waves in both months as well as
snow. About a week before the seminar, we suggest going to
www.weather.com and putting in the zip code 97504 to fnd out
what the temperature will be like. We suggest layering your
clothes to adjust to varying temperatures both inside and outside.
Dress at the seminar ranges from very casual to somewhat dressy.

Plan a Vacation: Medford and Southern Oregon
are flled with many wonderful things to do,
including live plays such as the Shakespeare
Festival, special restaurants, spas, horseback
riding, camping and hiking, and much more. Mount Shasta, a
high spiritual place, is approximately 1 1/2 hour drive away.
Airline Notes: Fly into Medford from the San Francisco airport
or via Portland, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Denver. We advise you
to make your reservations early to have the most choices of
fight times.
Shuttle Service from Airport: If you are staying at the Rogue
Regency Inn, you can arrange for free shuttle service when you
reserve your room.
Driving: Driving time is approximately 56 hours from San
Francisco, California, or 5 hours from Portland, Oregon.
Products: Order at least two weeks before the seminar for pick
up at the seminar. There may be products for sale at the seminar.
Seminar Journeys: The talks and meditations of the seminar
will be posted online during the seminar weekend. The frst
meditations are usually available in late afternoon for the morning
journeys on the frst day, Pacifc Time, and so on.
Registration for Live Seminars: A $125 deposit will hold your
place, and give you access to DaBens preparatory journeys.
You will need to pay in full the day before the seminar starts
if registering by phone or online to have access to the seminar

Duane and DaBen's Seminar Information
What is remote participation? You can participate in this course
by joining in remotely, listening to the talks and journeys that
will be posted online during the seminar weekend. Journeys will
be available for download or streaming, using an MP3 format.
(You can decide at any time to come in person). If you cannot
participate during seminar times, it is fne to join in whenever
you can. DaBen and the Beings you will work
with will be sponsoring you and transmitting
to you light body energies throughout your
participation in the seminars.
How do I Join? As an Awakening Your Light Body
graduate, you can join in at any time during or
after the seminar once you are registered.
Will I experience the energies being taught?
We have had hundreds of people participate
in our seminars by taking them remotely, from
their home. From their feedback, we know that
taking a seminar remotely can be as powerful
an experience as attending a seminar in person.
How do I decide if I should come in person or
attend remotely? Both coming in person and
attending remotely offer special experiences and
connections to the energies. While there are many
benefts to coming in person, such as meeting
other people, getting away on a retreat where
you can have an intensive experience of spiritual energies for 3
days, there are also many benefts to taking the seminar remotely,
from your home. The seminar tuition is the same either way.
Participating Remotely: When you take the seminar remotely,
you can experience the meditations from your home, doing
as few or as many journeys each day as you wish. DaBen's
transmissions, and the energy of the Beings of light who will be
joining you, are not dependent upon time and space to reach you.
You can get as much out of the seminar whether you take the
seminar remotely or in person. We have received many emails
and comments from people telling us that taking the seminar
remotely is as profound an experience as coming in person.
MP3 Format: With payment in full, you can listen to the seminar
journeys that will be posted online. You can download the
journeys in MP3 format audio. The seminar journeys will be
available online throughout your course of study, and you can
listen online, or download the journeys, or burn CDs of them.
We also provide transcripts of the journeys and talks, usually
within 1 week of the seminar.
Cost: The cost of the seminars are $575 for coming in person or
participating remotely.
To Register: Individual seminars cost $575. This includes attending in person or taking the seminar remotely; online access
to journeys, transcripts as they become available, preparatory journeys and DaBen's ongoing support and transmissions.
Deposit for seminars: $125 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place and to access preparatory seminar journeys.
Upon receiving your deposit, you will be sent a registration confrmation by Email. You can register and make payments
online. Registrations and payments must be completed before the seminar date if you want to listen to the online seminar
meditations as they are posted. Meditations will be posted for the morning journeys in the afternoon of the frst day which is
on Friday. Register or pay at the seminar using Visa or MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, money order (payable
in US dollars) or travelers checks. You will save time completing registration at the seminar if you pay in full several days
before the seminar starts. You can register online, call us, or use the registration form.
Required Prerequisites: You must be an Awakening Your Light Body graduate, using the centers as originally taught by
Duane Packer. In addition, you will need to have a beginning connection to your guide, or a willingness to meet and work
with your guide during the seminar. Times: Starts at 9:00 AM Friday, ends at 1:00 PM Sunday.
