Travel and health insurance, passport validity and exit visas
Participants are responsible for arranging their travel
insurance, health insurance and exit visas. (If applicable)
Please ensure passports have at least six months validity before
travelling.
Arrival and Departure
Participants are advised to arrive and depart from Don Mueang
International Airport.
Arrive in Bangkok: Sunday, 21 September 2014
Depart from Bangkok: Saturday, 4 October 2014.
Participants are to arrange their own transport from airport to
the hotel (both ways).
Note to project-funded participants - costs of Airport /Hotel
transfers are part of the living allowance and are not claimable.
Transport arrangement between hotel and training venue
Daily transfers from the hotel to the training venue in the
morning and return at the end of training will be provided.
Daily morning meeting point/time: Hotel Lobby at 8am
End of day meeting point/time: Training venue at 5pm.

A personal notebook or laptop
One complete hard copy of one of the Food Production
toolboxes (Trainee Manual, Trainer Guide and Assessment
Manual) - download from www.waseantourism.com

Workshop arrangements
Daily workshop begins at 9am and ends 5pm with morning,
lunch and afternoon breaks.
Printed copies of the Master Assessor training resources will be
distributed.
Daily Attendance List
Participants are expected to attend all classes and sign their
attendance before the lessons start.
Evaluation Forms (Weekly, Course and MA Toolbox)
Participants will be asked to provide a weekly evaluation on the
training and overall feedback on the workshop.
There is also an opportunity for the participants to review and
provide feedback on the Master Assessor toolbox.
Graduation Ceremony
A mini graduation ceremony will be held at the conclusion of
the workshop where certificates of participation will be handed
out.
Please ensure that you provide your formal name to appear on
the certificate.
Filming and photography
Please be aware that the photos and videos of the training
sessions may be taken during the workshop.

Entitlements for project-funded participants
Project-funded participants are entitled to:
An economy class return airfare*
Single room with daily free breakfast*
Workshop package including lunch and 2 tea breaks
Graduation ceremony package including refreshments
Daily living allowance*#
Transport between hotel and training venue (if applicable)
Departure charges (if applicable)*
* - Only applicable to participants who are outside their duty
station
# - Required to sign the acknowledgement form upon receiving
the daily living allowance
Settlement of project expenses for self-funded participants
Where applicable, self-funded participants are to settle their
own expenses before departing:

Graduation ceremony package
Transport between hotel and training venue.

Reimbursement arrangement for project-funded participants
Airfare: Participants are to arrange, book and pay for their
return economy class airfares.
Airfare reimbursement will be provided upon submission of
relevant documentation showing:
Invoice Number, Date, Company letterhead, name and
address
Flight itinerary and e-Ticket clearly showing participants
name
Proof of payment.
Departure charges and fees: Reimbursement will be provided
upon submission of departure charges/fee documentation
such as receipt and air ticket stub.

The funds will be credited into the nominated bank account via
International TT. Please ensure details are correct.
