I am Jennelyn Anastacio Medina, 24 years of age

and a resident of San Pablo City, Launa. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Lyceum of the Philippines University- St.
Cabrini. I am also a board passer. Aside from being a nurse, i also have units in Business Administration, Major in Marketing
Management in Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo where I studied from 2011-2013. I am a person with a sense of responsibility. I
can easily cope up with different kinds of people and can easily adapt to change of environment. My working experience at San Pablo
City General Hospital as a volunteer nurse improved my leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
environment. I have good spoken and written English. I practiced my interpersonal skills when I worked as a volunteer nurse because
I need to deal with different kinds of patients and colleagues with different personalities and point of views. It is the same in dealing
with different customers where in you need to treat them nicely. Throughout my degree I have developed many aspects of my
personality,including self confidence, teamwork and time management, which I feel are beneficial attributes to the role of Manager
Trainee and the working environment of this company. I am hardworking, energetic and and goal- oriented. I have a passion in
learning new things or ideas. I have the ability to take right decisions clearly because as a nurse you must be good in decision making
so you can easily act on different kinds of patients especially in emergency cases which I think I can also apply in fast food settings
such as Mcdonald's . I am good in time management, when a task is given to me, I want to finish it before the deadline and not just on
the scheduled deadline. I am able to understand the demands, needs and satisfaction of the customers by not just focusing to them
subjectively but also by looking and understanding their behaviour. I have also mastered, through numerous assessed presentations
and performances, the use of Microsoft Office, namely Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, having used them for a number of
assessed presentations. I learned marketing strategies and customer related activities that might help me in my work as a manager
trainee. I have a background in Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting , Marketing and Strategic
Management which I think will help me a lot in working as a manager trainee. I hope that I will be given the chance to work and
practice the gained knowledge and skills in your institution. I would greatly want to be of service in your good institution if given the
chance.
