Causes to heart diseases----
1. Stress and lack of proper sleep
2. Smoking and Drinking
3.Diabetics and BP
4. Wrong food
5. Overweight
6. Anger/lurch/greedness

Our body contains around 5 lts of
blood and that pass around 1000 times through our heart to pump and pushing into
small artillery veins.Hence we may say our heart continuously pumps 5000 lts of
blood every day.
The most common form of heart disease is coronary artery disease (CAD). In CAD,
plaque builds up on the walls of the arteries that carry blood to the heart. Over
time, this buildup causes the arteries to narrow and harden. This keeps the heart
from getting all the blood it needs. Blood clots may develop. If the clot mostly or
completely blocks blood flow to the heart, it causes a heart attack. Stroke happens
when the brain doesnt get enough blood. Without enough blood, brain cells start to
die.
What not to do
Avoiding more of oil food and junk food
Salt,smoking,liquior, non-veg and sugar

How we plan our daily routine?
Min 35 minutes walking,Calmness of mind,good food and do yoga and take a
little rest after lunch and a little walking after dinner.

1. Arogya Amrutam-to purify blood on morning
2. Arjuna amrutam-To prevent the disease
3. Manasa Amrutam-For better sleep

However I feel very sincere to add some more exercises as follows as may be the
role of physical yoga may be ignoring the role of our mind and God.As heart is the
prime body part very small change in body becomes a sensitive point for this highly
important part.The following exercises make energy circulation in to heart.
1. Chanting either Gayatri ,Mahamrityunjaya or Hare Krishna
2. Budha meditation with chi mudra near heart regulates our whole system
3. Apana vayu mudra on both hands with so aham meditation

4. Agnisara for 100-120 times for blood pumping from heart
5.
6. Eight pranayams with 3(Mula bandha,Udiyan and Jalandhara bandha)

7. Ashiwini and Khechari mudra simultaneously while you practice as upward
energy movement pumps the heart
8. Reiki healing
9. Cup Muscles exercises.

my practice appropriate and practiced shirshasana though not strongly
propogated by Ambika
