UNFCCCactivitiessince2007haveledtoanincreasingnumberofinstitutionsandotherarrangements

Policylinkagesamongregional,national,andsubnationalclimatepoliciesofferpotentialclimate
mitigationandadaptationbenefits(mediumevidence,mediumagreement).Linkagescanbe

13.5.1.3,13.5.3,14.5].

Variousregionalinitiativesbetweenthenationalandglobalscalesareeitherbeingdevelopedor
