Managed and improved efficiencies within the entire lending function of the credit union,
ensuring adherence to loan policy, increased loan production by 15%.
Administered the hiring, training and performance of all department employees,
including loan officers, loan processors, back office as well as reception areas of the
credit union. 21 direct reports.
Loan production is priority, responsible for loan promotions, underwriting and
documentation of all new loans, with clean federal examination, no findings.
Supervised and managed the loan collection function including repossession and/or
foreclosure of collateral.
Managed the Indirect Auto Loan Department, including the solicitation, underwriting,
