Thank you for the briefing. You summary is very clear and much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing this
same type of summary used for other matters before the council.

From the range in price, it appears the two teams approach is very different. The price difference alone begs
further discussion.


In addition to exploring why there a such a price difference between the 2 proposals, I am interested in knowing
more about the successful campaigns identified in Prop #1. For example, the team indicates 30 successful
campaigns, which appears impressive unless that is 30 out of 50 or 30/100. If that's the case, Proposal #2 with
6/6 would be more impressive. Also, what were years were the successful campaigns? Unsuccessful
campaigns? This will let us know a bit more about the climate of the campaign.

Both teams to provide the location, names and dates of the successful and unsuccessful measures (i.e. TOT
tax, Summer 2009)

In proposal #1, what is the scope of the "expenditure plan?" Is this an attempt to set forth the priorities of
the City and budget allocation for the measure?

I'd like to discuss these and more with our team and also, set a date for the interview panel.
