CY 2013 is the starting year of the overall project implementation until CY 2017 for CALUNASAN SRIP, a reservoir
type of irrigation with a project estimated cost of Php 200,000,000. It is located in Calape, Bohol and its source of water
is the Bakinayao Creek. It is programmed to irrigate as its major purpose of a total service area of 250 hectares, for
aquaculture and other puposes as well. For its main project features, it is a Zoned Earthfill Dam with a height of 26m
and a length of 115m. It is a side channel type of spillway with a design capacity of 118 cu.m/sec.
The current year program undertakes pre-construction activities which involves Row Negotiation and Acquisition,
Survey Works for Parcellary Mapping and Construction Survey, Institutional Development Program, Environmental
Compliance Certificate and Detailed Design of Irrigation Facilities. Its major civil work undertaken this year is the
construction of access road in which its procurement is on going. Programmed activities such as ROW negotiation,
Environmental Compliance Certificate, Survey Works are presently on going implementation.
Delayed project accomplishment due to ROW payments allocated wherein it was not yet fully consumed.
