1 Isu / Masalah / Peristiwa
After a half way of practicum, I had learned a lot about teaching profession and the school administration. This week, I learned about the issue of collecting the pupils homework. I had assigned to prepare the pupils book to be checked by the headmistress. However, after I checked the pupils work, I felt really sad and pity to the pupils. This is because some of the pupils in the class could not understand what I am teaching. However, I am not blaming them at all. I should reflect on my teaching style. Since then, I realised that I should teach them properly and did not wasting my time preparing various teaching aid and I did not focus on the content of the lesson that I wanted the pupils to lean. I really hope this was the last time I made this mistake and I had listed all the topics that the pupils could not master and I would reteach the topic again after this. 2 Pandangan dan Perasaan terhadap isu / masalah / peristiwa
Deep in my heart, I felt really sad and frustrated to myself. I was not a good teacher. Even though I could understand all the method and interesting teaching techniques I had learnt in collage, but I think I had failed to make it meaningful to my pupils 3 Analisis isu / masalah / peristiwa
3.1 Punca / sebab One of the reason why I could not make the technique effective to the pupils was because of I did not teach them enough. I had this kind of perception towards my pupils. I think they were brilliant enough to understand if I taught them on the surface only. Thus, I should learn that they were just year 5 pupils and I am their teacher. Thus, how brilliant they were, I need to teach them properly
3.2 Kekuatan / kelemahan In my opinion, I think this issue was a strength for me. It really made me realised about my teaching practice all this while 4 Cadangan idea untuk menyelesaikan masalah
Based on the issue, I think I wanted to repeat the topics that the pupils had problem with 5 Tempoh masa yang ditetapkan untuk menyelesaikan isu
