INFORMATION

The undersigned hereby accused EDGAR LANKIN y Gojocruz of the crime of
HOMICIDE committed as follows:

That on or about June 13, 2012 at Barangay Balayhangin, Municipality of
Calauan, Province of Laguna, and within the Jurisdiction of the Honorable Court,
the above, named accused, with intent to kill, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously stab with a bladed weapon TED MAGNO on the
different part of his body inflicting upon him serious and mortal wounds, which
directly caused his death, to the damage and prejudice of the victims surviving
heirs.
