The classes are broken down into five broad groups: Apprentice - Low - Medium - High - Epic. Each of the classes breaks the levels into those five groups differently, depending on the specific
rules / description of the classes within the PHB. The blue numbers in the brackets indicate at what levels that group applies to that class.
Examples:
(Note - there is no need to specify either sex or race in the greeting - no one would do that, it doesnt make sense)
Delreen, a Halfling Cleric of Obad-Hai, with the Nature Domain, at Level 9:

Note: any Character can specify the name of any important God, Noble they follow, Clan, Tribe, Land, etc that they feel is
