Coordinator Ordentall Institute
Ordentall Institute is an educational institute dental professionals in the environment of Rotterdam.
We set this up in 2012 and my function was to create, organize and give workshops, trainings,
symposia and trainings about growth & development and dental subjects.
- Monitor the dental market for the new developments and hot topics to organise trainings on
- Public Relations
- Social media such as Facebook, Linked-in and Twitter
- Visit the target groups (dental Hygienist, Dentists & dental Clinics)
- Motivate & convince the groups about our products such as trainings but also our treatments and
the benefits of treating periodontics
- Create customer-oriented trainings and courses
- Give trainings to dental professionals, co-workers, patients and non-dental clients about dental
subjects and subjects about growth and development

Account manager
- Manage the contacts such as dentists, dental hygienist and other dental staff in the surroundings
- Visit and maintain the existing relationships and create new relationships with those who werent
familiar with Ordentall
- Talk about their expectations and demands and how we can improve cooperation and if necessary
give answers to their questions
- Generate sales for the clinic

Dental Hygienist
Last but not least 2 days a week as a dental hygienist. I compare this with a high customer service. I
convince, motivate and stimulate the most stubborn and fearful patients to start caring about their
dental hygiene. My challenge was not about the cleaning of their mouth but the communication with
the different people and their commitment to my treatments and their health.

Developed a new and more effective way and classification to approach new clients such as dental
