1 Project Assessment Report

In preparing project proposals, Bidders are expected to undertake field visits and
prepare a comprehensive Project Assessment Report to demonstrate their depth
of understanding of the scope of the works involved and their appreciation of the
major issues affecting the project. This Report will form a part of the Technical
Evaluation and shall be used as the basis for pricing each bid and preparing a
project risk matrix. To allow for more consistent evaluation of these Reports they
shall follow the general outline shown below and cover, but need not be limited
to, the following general headings
