Each Account shall have Company name, address, tel, top executive names, emails, and phone numbers. Each User shall have email, telephone, and cell phone contact information. Users can view their projects only. Sales Managers can view all- 2 levels/Account 2 Log-on Account Users can log-on with ID & password. Multiple users at account. Administrators can also log-on with ID & password. Log-on link on K2 CEC website. Users will have ability to go to PACE input page, view Customer Folders & content, or view PACE information page 3 PACE Input Users input data into PACE "Information Required" page. Automatically creates file with project name, date, time. Saves input page in Customer folder and creates Excel output file (output file to include User name). Output file stored in Administrator Folders. Users can take previously submitted Input page, modify it, and save it with new date/time stamp. 4 Customer Folders Allows Users to view all Customer folders and files stored in folders. Users can also save other files (ppt, pdf, xls, jpg, etc.) into folders. 5 Notification Automatically sends email to ST & JP (or other number) whenever a PACE input page is submitted. 6 Data Storage (Cloud) Parallel set of Customer folders, but only accessible by Administrators. Organized by Account and by Customer Folder. Automatically receives output files whenever a PACE input page is submitted. Automatically creates Customer Folder when created in Users account. Administrators can save other files to Folders and can access them remotely. Also can create "Templates" Folder to store generic files for Administrator use. 7 File Transfer Administrators can transfer selected files to Users Customer Folders. 8 PACE Information List of states & CA Counties that participate in PACE.
