YOUR MONTHLY, GREEN ISLAND UPDATE!

Volume 1—issue 8 September 2009

Rocky's and the 100 Swiss Travel Agents

Last month in total 100 Swiss TO rep-
resentatives on 3 different days visited
Samui organized by TAT Switzerland
the delegates were shown the beauty
and the development of Samui and
Phangan island and visited Several
up market resorts on both islands.
The management of Rocky's decided
that to follow their green policy it
would be a good idea to let all the
delegates plant their own tree in
Rocky's own nursery managed by khun
Jack and his gardeners team. After a
info session in Rocky's banquet room
with info about the resort and their
main markets as well as the green phi-
losophy of the THA the delegates
were shown the different categories of
room types and then walked over to
Rocky own nursery where they were
welcomed by Mr John Williams , chair-
man of the Green committee of the
THA.
