Attitude
Phil. 2:5 KJV
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.
_______________ --- The older brother was angry and wouldn’t go in.
_______________ --- you never gave me even one goat for a feast ---
_______________ --- Yet when this son of yours --- squandering your
money on prostitutes,
Seemed to think himself better than his brother because of position and
privilege.
He was willing to serve his father faithfully. But was not in fellowship
with his brother or father.

What kept the older brother away from fellowship with his family?
Listed are the things that bring about a good attitude, with each word write it’s
opposite.
Using the list above, circle the words which best describe you!
The facts:
We can’t really be holy on our own.
But we can choose to allow God to put good things in us.
Only God can make us holy.
We make choices every day, but do we choose to be holy?
3. By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for a godly
life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called
us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.
4. And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious
promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine
nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.
8. The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be
in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9. But those who fail to develop in this way are short-sighted or blind,
forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.
10. So, dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are
among those God has called and chosen. Do these things, and you will
never fall away.
11. Then God will give you a grand entrance into the eternal kingdom of
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Being Faithful
Deut. 32:3,4 (NLT)
Look up these verses and describe the different ways God is faithful to us.
Fact:
Our faithfulness is possible because, God is faithful to us.
We can trust him that he will keep his promises.
He knows we are not perfect, yet He desires that we remain actively faithful.
The following verses speak of four biblical reasons why we need to be faithful.
Read each one and identify any areas you have as a weakness or strength.
If God were testing you on your faithfulness, would you pass or fail?

Not only Daniel did this but three of his friends also.
How did this help them later in life as well as the present time?

Before God
Before and with man
Before the church
Prayer:
God, today I want to commit myself to you. I want to give you my

remind me of my commitment, and that you will use me in my daily

In Jesus name. A-men!
