HP RGS Licensing models


The HP RGS Receiver is a free download for all platforms. There are no monthly fees. The HP RGS Sender is free on HP
Desktop and Mobile Z Workstations. A license is required to run the HP RGS Sender on all other hardware.

HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) is supported to the OS level on the HP platforms cited in the support matrix below (with
appropriate HP factory installed OS images). If HP can reproduce the behavior per this structure, the issue will be handled per
standard process; otherwise the issue must be addressed between the customer and the hardware platform provider. HP RGS
comes with 90 days of phone-in software support to help customers get setup. A Care Pack is required for further support.
