Cell Biology

switch transgenic system, gene recombination by using yeast system, artificial bacterial DNA

• Expert in DNA, RNA isolation, PCR, Taqman-RCR, site –directed mutagenesis,

• Dissected and mapped protein kinase signal transduction pathways by using mutagenesis of the
