Bank information: This needs completed for every state in the US.

1. Go to http://www2.fdic.gov/idasp/main.asp

2. Select the state youve been given, select and click find.

3. This list is sorted by total assets, focus only on banks that have total assets of
400MM (400,000 or greater on the screen).

4. Click on the Cert then click on FFIEC Call/TFR Report.

5. This opens the report for the selected bank. Next print as a PDF pages 1-15 of this
document and save it to the Dropbox folder in the name of the bank. (Example: You
open the file for Bank City National you print as a pdf pages 1-15 and save it in the
dropbox folder as City National)

6. Repeat step #5 for all banks in your assigned state that have assets of $400MM or
more.

6. Return to you list of banks for your state by following steps 1 &2 and click the
download button at the top.

7. The download in step #6 is going to be used to copy and paste the list of banks to
the excel spreadsheet. Open the downloaded Excel file from the website and select
the column AE Name (bank name) and copy and paste this Prospect spreadsheet
into column A bank name. Do the same for City H, State, and Total Assets C.
Paste this into the Prospect spreadsheet in columns B-D.

8. Next obtain personal contact information for all CFO/Chief Financial Officers
Use various sites to obtain this information. Examples are:
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/common/symbollookup/symbollook
up.asp?lookuptype=private&region=all
http://www.snl.com (May need to do a free trail)
Contact info to obtain.
a. First and Last Name- Find and enter the name of the CFO/Chief Financial Officer.
(insert new row) into L & M.
b. Title- Enter the title into N.
c. Phone- Find this for the contact and enter into O.
d. Fill in any extentions into P.
e. Fill in any cell numbers into Q.
f. Fill in email for the contact into R. (Very important to find correct email address).
g. Fill in any other phone numbers for the contact into S.
f. Copy the url of the website where you got the information from into T.

9. Enter in portfolio values into the spreadsheet- Round to nearest million, use MM
for million like 32MM is 32 million.
From the pdf you saved for each bank you next need to enter the following from
pages 12, 13, or 14 Schedule RC-B-Securities (only if they have values- leave 0s -
zeros- blank)
***Please note my example has RCFD listed as the values in the cells some of these
PDF files may use RCONG instead of RCFD with the same number extensions
used***
a. Agency: section 2 a. & b- add together cells RCFD1289, RCFD1294, RCFD1291,
and RCFD1297 and enter into Column E agency.
b. Muni: section 3- add together RCONK154 and RCONK156 and enter into Column
F Muni.
c. MBS: section 4a 1&2 add together RCFDG300, RCFDG304, RCFDG302, and
RCFDG306 and enter into Column G MBS.
d. CMO: section 4b 1&2 add together RCONG312 and RCONG314 and enter into
Column H CMO.
e. Non-Agency CMO: section 4b 3 add together RCONG320 and RCONG322 and enter
into Column I non-agency CMO.
f. CMBS MBS section 4c a. add together RCONK142 and ROCNK144 and enter into
Column J CMBS.
g. Other Debt: section 6 a.&b. add together RCON1737, RCON1742, RCON1739, and
RCON1744 and enter into Column K Other Debt.

Spreadsheet has some examples, look it over carefully and you will figure it out.
