2. Discuss the essentials of False Imprisonment and its remedies.

4. Discuss with case laws, the liability for causing nervous shock.
5. Explain the liability for deceit as a tort.
6. Elaborate the rule of absolute liability as laid in M. C. Mehta V. UOI.
7. Discuss the liability of occupier of dangerous premises.
8. Explain the tort of Intimidation and Passing Off.
9. Discuss the concept of death in relation to tort.
10. State and explain the various ways in which tortuous liability is discharged.
11. Explain the masters liability for the acts of independent contractor and its
exceptions.
12. Explain the defenses in tort of defamation with case laws.
13. Discuss "Inevitable Accident'', "Statutory Authority" and "Vis Major'' as a
general defense.
