1. Isu Yang Difokuskan :

I have been teaching my year 4 pupils for 5 weeks. Until this week there were many types of my pupils behaviors
that I need to take care of. sometimes they behave well but most of the time they were over excited and became
uncontrollable. Their attitudes disturbing my emotions and it makes me always got angry every time I entered that
class.


2. Analisis Isu Yang Difokuskan (Punca dan Kesan Isu) :

The reason of why I cannot control my emotions when handling them is because they did not listen to me. they did
not even pay attention when I am trying to get their attention to give them instruction. As a result I shout out loud
to them in order to make them pay attention to what I want to say.


3. Kajian Lampau (Literature Reiview) Terhadap Isu (Pengalaman atau Kajian Lepas) :

According to Anhert et al (2012), the children in supportive, secure student-teacher relationships maintained more
normal stress hormone patterns throughout the week.


4. Cadangan dan Idea Penyelesaian Masalah :

In order to solve this problem, I think I should discuss this problem with my pupils and make rules that they should
obey while in my class, so that I will not get angry anymore and they can behave properly.

6. Tindakan Susulan :

I will do discussion with my pupils regarding their attitudes that I did not like and how they should behave while in
class.

8. Keberkesanan Langkah Yang Dicadangkan :

I have discussed about their attitudes with my pupils on Thursday. I think by discussing, they can know clearly what
I expect from them and they know what they should do. Our meeting went on smoothly and we have talked about
our problems in my class and my pupils give their opinion on why they behaving like that and they even asked me
on what they should do in order not to make me angry.


9. Kesimpulan / Refleksi (Kesan Tindakan (Perlu) dan Halangan (Jika Ada) :

As a result from our discussion, my relationship with my pupils became more closed as we get to know about each
other and they behave better than they usually behave while in my class.
