25 INTERNATIONAL COCKTAILS

1. Dry Martini 1 Jigger Gin

Barspoon Dry Vermouth
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a
cocktail/ martini glass. Garnish with green olive in the drink.

2. Gimlet 1 Jigger Gin
Jigger Lime Juice
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass with ice and build/stir.
Garnish with slice lime in the drink.

3. Orange Blossom 1 Jigger Gin
Dash of Triple Sec
2 Jiggers Orange Juice
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. shake. Strain into a
cocktail/ martini glass. Garnish with slice of orange and cherry on the
rim .

4. Tom Collins 1 Jigger Gin
Jigger Calamansi (Lemon) Juice
Jigger Simple Syrup, Soda water
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a Collins glass (tall glass) with ice. Build. Garnish
with a slice of orange and red cherry on the rim

5. Gibson 1 Jigger Gin

Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a
cocktail/ martini glass. Garnish with Cocktail Onion in the drink.



6. Negroni 1 Jigger Gin
Jigger Sweet Vermouth
Jigger Campari Bitter
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass with ice. Stir/Build.
Garnish with a slice of lemon in the drink.

7. Bronx 1 Jigger Gin
Jigger Dry Vermouth
Jigger Sweet Vermouth
1 jigger Orange Juice
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake briskly. Strain into
old fashioned glass with ice, slice of orange and red cherry on the rim.

8. Golden Fizz 1 Jigger Gin
Jigger Lemon Juice
Jigger Simple Syrup
Egg Yolk
Soda Water
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients shaker except soda water. Shake briskly and strain
into highball glass. Fill the soda water. Garnish with slice of orange and
red cherry on the rim.

9. Black Russian 1 Jigger Vodka
Jigger Khalua
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass with ice. Stir/Build.
Garnish with cherry in the drink.






10. Bloody Mary 1 Jigger Vodka
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Dash of Hot Sauce
Dash of Worcestershire
Tomato Juice
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a highball glass with ice. Stir/Build. Garnish with
sliced lemon and celery in the drink.

12. Harvey Wallbanger 1 Jigger Vodka
Jigger Galliano
Orange Juice
Procedure:
*Pour vodka into a highball glass with ice, fill the glass with orange juice.
Stir/Build. Float oz of Galliano. Garnish with a slice of orange and red
cherry on the rim.

13. Tequila Sunrise 1 Jigger Tequila
Jigger Grenadine Syrup
Orange Juice
Procedure:
*Pour tequila into a highball glass with ice. Fill glass with orange juice.
Stir/Build, then pour oz of grenadine allowing it to settle down the
bottom to achieve 2 colored drink. Garnish with a slice of orange and
cherry on the rim.

14. Margarita 1 Jigger Tequila
Jigger Triple Sec
Jigger Calamansi (lemon) Juice
Jigger Lime Juice
Procedure:
*Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a salted-
rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lime on the rim.
