Executive Summary
Presently, world has been becoming to the globalization and specification due to
gathering whole people via different ways. In this matter, we can’t improve without
particular functions. If we want achieve some kind of goal, we have to use valuable and
useful methods. In this case management principles and analytical methods are dominant
as well as it’s adjoins are most important to prosperous and success.
This report will be described about particular organization how to use human resource
management effectively to achieve their success. Further Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd has been
selected for said purpose. Therefore it plays character human resource management too.
According to the investigation it seems to be there is a good position in human resource
