My primary responsibility as a Beverage Server at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was to deliver
complimentary beverages to all guests gambling on the casino floor in a timely manner, and to display
outstanding customer service skills while doing so.
It was my responsibility to maintain a clean section at all times, including picking up any glassware left by
guests. At the end of my shift, my section was to be left in perfect condition.
Assisted guests with their questions or concerns in a professional manner to ensure they had the best
experience possible while staying at the hotel.

I provided quality customer service to ensure guests gambling on the casino floor received beverages in a

As the salon manager, my primary responsibility was to ensure the salon ran smoothly on a day to day basis.
I was responsible for all company deposits and maintaining sales records and creating sales goals. I did all
company hiring and interviews of potential new employees.
My responsibilities included maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all of the salons
clients, assisting them with questions or concerns, and ensuring they were receiving the best customer
service possible at all times.
Created the weekly schedule of all employees at the salon.
I was responsible for the ordering of all supplies and retail items in the salon, as well as keeping track of
daily inventory of retail items.
It was my duty as the salon manager to be familiar with the equipment at the salon. At times, I would do
light maintenance in order to ensure all equipment was functioning properly.

As a front office receptionist, my primary responsibility at Retina Consultants of Nevada was to check in
all patients in a high volume specialist office in a timely and professional fashion. I was to greet all
patients and collect any updated information from them, including paperwork, identification, and
insurance cards.
Other duties included filing, data entry, performing any task that any of the seven doctors requested of
me, answering phones, and calling patients to confirm their future appointments at the office.
I also performed light marketing for the practice. I drove to different referring optometrists offices
around the Vegas valley, providing them with business cards and relaying information about the services
we offered.

TELLER 3 SPECIALIST (SUPERVISOR)
As a Teller 3 Specialist, I was the supervisor on Sundays, opening and closing the branch.
I processed all banking transactions and deposits, and I also opened new accounts on Sundays when I was
the only supervisor there.
During my shift, I was responsible for approving transactions from other tellers that were up to $10,000.00.
On every shift, I was vault teller, selling and buying money to/from employees and to/from the vault. I was
responsible for ATM balancing once a week as well.
I maintained a balanced cash drawer at all times, performed all bank transactions that were requested of
our clients, including the printing of cashiers checks and money orders.
I performed merchant services to our business clients that needed a large cash or change order, and was
responsible for having them prepared when that client arrived.
