    All of the reports give the user the ability to select the month and year
    for which data needs to be displayed. The user should first select the year
    which they want to the report to run for. After selecting the year, the user
    can then select the month.[br/] <b>2. How Do I Select the Market And Service
    Tier Parameter For the Reports?[br/]</b> All the reports with the exception
    of the Data Usage and Product Combo Report give users the ability to select
    the Market and Service Tier for which they want to view the data. The user
    should first select the Market or Markets for which they want to view then
    select the service tiers for which they want to view the data.[br/] <b>3. Ho

    is usage calculated monthly for the Data Usage Reports?[br/]</b>
    Consumption data contained in all of the Data Usage Product Management
    reports is calculated by bill cycle. For the monthly reports, usage included
    in those reports includes all usage for a CHSI subscriber whose bill cycle
    end date is within the specified month. For example, for a report generated
    for January 2012, all usage for CHSI subscribers with a bill cycle end date
    within January 2012 will be included in the January 2012 report.[br/] <b>4.
    What is the difference between Bill Cycle Usage and Calendar Month Usage?</b
    >
    Bill cycle usage is bandwidth consumption calculated for a CHSI subscriber
    that is used between the customer?s bill cycle start date and bill cycle end
    date. Bill cycles for a customer can cross between months (ie. Customer bill
    cycle: June 15th ? July 14th). Calendar month usage is Data Usage that is
    calculated for a CHSI subscriber during an entire calendar month. [br/]<b>5.
    What type of Data Usage is included as data Usage in the reports?[br/]</b>
    All Internet usage for CHSI subscribers is included as part of the
    subscriber?s consumption except for Cox Voice (VOIP) usage. Only Cox
    residential customer?s usage is included in any of the Data Usage Management
    reports. [br/]<b>6. What is the Data Plan and Education process?[br/]</b> Al

    CHSI subscribers are allocated to a tier of service in each perspective Cox
    market which gives each subscriber a monthly data plan consisting of a
    specific data usage amount for their HSI package. When a subscriber has
    exceeded their data plan, they are notified by e-mail if an e-mail exists on
    the customer?s account.[br/] <b>7. What is the Peak Rate Calculation in the
    Data Usage Management Reports?[br/]</b> Peak rate is calculated in bits per
    second. The peak rate calculation included on the Data Usage Management
    reports calculates the 95th Percentile Peak Rate which eliminates the top 5%
    of the peak rates generated.
