The New Technologies Demonstrator Programme is a scheme part of Defra's Waste
Implementation Programme, New Technologies Workstream, to demonstrate advanced
waste processing technologies in ngland! " pot of #$%million was allocated to fund &%
demonstrator pro'ects with the pro'ect (eing headed () Dave *rooks at Defra! The
scheme is not on schedule for the am(itious targets that were initiall) set out () Defra,
