The legal name BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON that appears on the abandoned paperwork you sent to me is
being returned to you because of fraud and attempted extortion. The paper items that you issued or attempt
to issue against me in any form that bares the Event Given Name, BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON, that also
appears on the notarized copy of the instrument attached (Registration of Live Birth), is the property of The
Crown in Right of Canada for BRITISH COLUMBIA and was registered by an agent of BRITISH
COLUMBIA of which I had nothing to do with.

Fictitious corporate entities cannot communicate with living souls. I can only have conversations with other
living souls not dead corporate entities or fictitious actors for these dead corporations.

I hereby remove all presumption that I am a party to the undertaking and that I gave consent with full
disclosure to be a party to the undertaking.

I hereby remove all presumption that I am a fiduciary/trustee, a fictitious dead entity, a piece of paper, a
name, or a name on a piece of paper.

I hereby remove all presumption that I am an event from the past created by an agent of BRITISH
COLUMBIA or any other dead fictitious entity.

I hereby remove all presumption that I willfully and consensually entered into any Assumpsit contracts at my
live birth with full discloser and a full meeting of the minds. This would be ludicrous to imply that any new
born baby would be capable of such a transaction.

I hereby remove all presumption that I willfully and consensually entered into any Assumpsit contracts after
my live birth when not provided with full discloser of these unlawful, illegal, illegitimate, fraudulent,
Assumpsit contracts.

If any such contracts exists against myself, the YHVH created living soul, then it is an Assumpsit Contract
(Contract of Presumption) and is without my knowledge and consent and thus makes it fraudulent pursuant
to the Statutes of Frauds 1677 enacted in England by Queen Elizabeth I primarily for the purpose of
averting the abusive use of Assumpsit Contracts. Abusive use of Assumpsit Contracts would include duress,
fraud, and protest which is not a legitimate, lawful, legal, visible contract and is considered null and void.

Notice that the Claimant is in fact BRITISH COLUMBIA for it is on their letter head which makes it a single
sided contract with and for themselves alone barring only their signature and not mine. They are in fact the
fiduciary/trustee thus it is their fiduciary duty to settle any and all financial transactions and/or obligations
associated with the legal name BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON which includes and is not limited by any
variation or derivative of said name. Contact them for settlement.

I am me, a living soul, created by the one and only true living sovereign God, YHVH, and after His image
alone and no other image, pursuant to Genesis 1:26-30. I am not dead. I am in fact a living, breathing, flesh
and blood Man with a soul and spirit pursuant to Genesis 2:7. All of my debts, (past, present, and future),
have been forgiven pursuant to Deuteronomy 15:1-2 KJV, Ephesians 4:32 KJV, and Colossians 3:13 KJV.

Therefore, any party that has a supposed claim upon, or that may claim against, the legal identity name
owned by Her Majesty/Crown in right of BRITISH COLUMBIA, BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON, and has, or
is considering the issuance of a, bill, charge, fine, order, judgment, invoice, warrant, execution, or any other
thing to or against the legal identity name, BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON, for the payment of currency or
performance of an obligation, any such claim has no applicability nor obligation of surety imposed upon the
YHVH created living soul, the undisclosed principal and undisclosed beneficiary to and for whom the legal
identity name BRYAN TRENT JACOBSON, is associated as agent in commerce and trustee in trust; as, the
YHVH created living soul is not subject to any acts, statutes, laws, rules or regulations of the fictional entity
called Government, or any other corporate body, nor to the enforcement of any of these upon them by an
officer or agency of the Crown in right of any division or branch of Government. Such unlawful actions by
the Crown would/will be an act of Breach of Trust, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Piracy, Plunger, Fraud,
Treason, and Extortion against a free lawfully commanded vessel the YHVH created living soul, who is
subject only to YHVH Gods Law which trumps and is the supreme law over any and all other laws created
by man.

To Avoid Charges of Breach of Trust, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Piracy, Plunger, Fraud, Treason, and
Extortion, I demand that you eradicate all accounts from all your records against me, the YHVH created
living soul, immediately, and stop sending me your abandoned paper items/invisible contracts and settle all
accounts with the factual fiduciary/trustee of the name that appears on the paper instrument, Registration of
Live Birth, which is in fact the property of the Her Majesty/Crown in right of BRITISH COLUMBIA.

You will forthwith return and transmit to the non-commercial address listed below, within Ten (10) days
upon receipt of this NOTICE, a certified copy of your Oath of Office accompanied by a certified copy of your
Bar Bond, a detailed list of all bonds, claims, sureties, indemnification, insurance and Court Registry
Investment System (CRIS) CUSIP numbers, and full accounting relating in any way to your or any related
actors personal or professional involvement, as referenced above, through the unwarranted presentation of
the arrogated paperwork intrusion against me, the YHVH created living soul. Affected parties wishing to
dispute the claims made herein or make their own counterclaims must respond within Ten (10) days of
service of notice of this action or respondent will be in default and will be deemed by this Affiant to invoke
the doctrine of acquiescence and admission, to recover, in commerce, the lost or damaged properties plus
damages, penalties and costs and it will be proof positive by nonresponse that you are in full agreement to this
NOTICE and that you are guilty of the felonies stated herein and any/all other corresponding LAWS not
specifically stated herein. Responses must be under Oath or attestation, upon full commercial liability and
penalty of perjury. Failure to register a dispute against the claims stated herein and then successfully
defeating these claims in a proper court de jure of law will result in an automatic default judgment securing
forevermore all rights herein claimed and establishing permanent and irrevocable estoppels by acquiescence
barring the bringing of charges under any statute or Act or regulation against myself a free will God-Created
flesh and blood sentient living soul (Genesis 2:7 KJV), ____________________________________, for
exercising these lawful and properly established rights, freedoms and duties pursuant to all Biblical, Natural,
Positive, and Common Laws.
