TITLE
1.0 MAINTENANCE TOOLS AND TACKLES

1.1 The CONTRACTOR shall include all necessary maintenance tools in addition
to the minimum requirement given below. For some of the equipment/systems,
requirement of maintenance tools and tackles has been specified in Data
Sheets. CONTRACTOR shall necessarily supply these tools in addition to
other tools and tackles as required. Total price of all the maintenance tools
and tackles shall be included in the quoted lump sum price.
1.2 The CONTRACTOR shall note that if any other tools are found to be
necessary during the engineering and erection stage of the contract, the same
shall be supplied by the CONTRACTOR without any price implication.
1.3 In addition to above following minimum tools shall be provided

a) Complete J igs/Fixtures with all tools for erection and removal of
generator rotor - 1set.
b) Breaker handling trolleys for all type of breakers - one for each
switchgear room.
c) Breaker rack in/out, spring charging handle 10 nos.. each type.
d) Battery cell lifting and shifting tools 1 set.

2.0 SPARES

2.1 START UP AND COMMISSIONING SPARES

The offer shall include the start up and commissioning spares as required till
handing over of the plant.

2.2 ESSENTIAL SPARES

The offer shall include essential spares required for the period of one year.
The items and quantity shall include all but not limited to the following. The
quantity indicated is for each type, size and rating.


3.0 Station Auxi liary Transformer (SAT) and Service Transformer.
