In the reference 2

read above, the Director of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad has reported that Sri P.Pullanna is working in the Office of the Assistant Director
of Horticulture, Ananthapur as casual labour continuously since 1.4.1982 and the individual
has completed 12 years of service before issuing the G..O.Ms.No.212, Finance (PC.III)
Department, dated 22.4.1994 and also fulfilled all the conditions laid down in the said G.O.
Further, the Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad has reported that there is a clear vacancy of
Office Subordinate in the Office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture-I, Ananthapur due
to transfer of Smt.M.Ramanamma, Office Subordinate from Ananthapur to Kadapa District
under G.O.Ms.No. 610, General Administration Department dated 30.12.1985. In view of
this, the Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord
permission to Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad to absorb Sri P.Pullanna as Office
Subordinate in the existing vacancy in the office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture,
Ananthapur District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance (PC.III) Department, dated
22.4.1994.

2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to
Director of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to regularize the services of Sri
P.Pullanna (presently working in the office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture,
Ananthapur District as casual labour) in terms of orders issued in the reference 1

from prospective date ie., date of issue of orders by competent authority , subject to condition
that the said vacancy is clear, regular continued in orders issued by Finance (SMPC)
Department from time to time till to date and no senior eligible person is overlooked/omitted.

3. The Director of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary
action in the matter.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (PC.III) Department vide their
U.O.No.8898/165/A1/PC-III/10, dated 31.3.2010.
