REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION OF VERBAL INSTRUCTION (RCVI)
Reference is made to the above project, We confirm having received verbal instructions from Mr. Otim Daniel and
Ms.Namugwe Mariyane on 9/sept/2014 to carry out ADDITIONAL/REDUCED/VARIATION works to the above contract
detailed as follows;-
A.Main Administration Block
1. To provide a 200mm thick solid concrete slab for the First Floor slab.
2. To provide 230mm block walling at staircase half land for support.
B. Staffhouse
1. To provide a serving window/openning 600 x 600mm between dinning and Kitchen
C. Workshop
1. To raise the beam at the 2no. doors (D1) to 3500mm to be able to accomodate the 3500mm roller shutter door (D1)
D. Dormitory
1. To lower the toilet area section of the slab to accomodate the squat pans
E. Kitchen
1. To provide a beam above the veranda steel posts for proper roof truss anchorage
