Patrols located the vehicle in traffic and a DMV inquiry revealed the vehicle was operating with switched plates. A traffic stop was initiated on Main Street and subsequent investigation revealed the vehicle was unregistered, uninsured, and uninspected. The operator had also placed a fictitious inspection sticker on the windshield of the vehicle.
