1.1 INTRODUCTION
Online Academic Management system provides all the tools to track students as they move
towards program completion and graduation. Online academic management system gives our
faculty members, registrar and student services teams the ability to stay on top of students'
progress and assess any potential risk factors so we can make sure students receive the support
thay needed
1.1.1 PURPOSE

The proposed system for Computer Education if the graphical user interface (GUI) which
handling whole part of the current system. Due to the wide deficiencies & limited
advantages if fold system, the GUI system was given preference.
Some of the advantages of proposed system are as follows :-
Time saving :-
The time saving system.fast searching facility is providing by this system. For
getting any kind of information just click on some switches and get information in
few second.

Secrecy :-
The secrets are not disclosed off as there is password setting in the computer
systems. So, the organization can benefit of nondisclosure of its secrets to the outside
of any user.

Easy modification :-
In case of my change in data stored, the modifications for editing can be done
very easily & clearly through this system as compare to the old system.

Backup & Restore:
The proposed system provides a backup & restore facility of users data. So in
case of problem in system user can easily get their lost data with restore facility.

The project does not help the client to classify the students pre or post of the examination as per
grades, caste, age so on
