The prices mentioned above are Ex-Works prices; All taxes & duties are extra as applicable
Partner shall make arrangements to collect the units billed from respective regional
warehouses/billing points, in case partners wants Emerson to deliver the units, freights will
be charged as actual. Partners can get the Freight Charges from Regional Warehouse/Billing
Locations
The Bulk Discount Matrix is only applicable for Particular Brand with Particular Rating billed
in single PO (i.e Super 400D 10 kVA cant be clubbed with ITA 10 kVA for bulk discount; it has
to be same brand and same rating for bulk discount)
The product line highlighted in blue will be only available for back to back order and as per
the 2 months prior forecast otherwise lead time of 10-12 weeks is applicable based on
quantity required
This price list will remain valid for all the schemes running through Emerson Network Power
for Enterprise Business Partners
