LOffcina By Vincenzo frmly believes in the Italian

phrase literally translates into Vincenzos

scratch. Every part is handcrafted, delicately

steel, stainless steel, bronze and Cor-
ten, mostly imported from Europe,
is of the highest standards enabling
us to provide the strongest and
versatile of products. Through the
decades, brass and stainless steel
have built up the reputation of being
the sturdiest of metals for windows
and have proved their longevity;
innovative windows built with these
materials as far back as the 1930s
are in excellent condition even today.

CEO
Enzo Botte has a plethora of experience in
the design & manufacturing feld which started
25 years ago in Italy. Over the last 15 years,
he has successfully established LOffcina by
Vincenzo in the Australian market. The frm
caters to clients from all over the world.
Enzos passion for exquisite design enables
him to transform the projected image to
the product. Leading an experienced team
of project managers and architects, he is
focussed on giving clients the best solutions,
customizing these to meet their requirements.

OUR PARTNER/
PANORAMAH
The Panoramah system of sliding windows is inspired by one
of the 5 fundamental points developed by Le Corbusier;
THE HORIZONTAL WINDOW.
The purpose of the panoramic window is to consider the cut
out made in a faade as a direct link between solid spaces
and voids, to allow objective interactivity between interior and
exterior that fulfls the premise so dear to both the modernist and
the minimalist movements; namely the desire to frame nature
without manipulating or disturbing the perception of it.
Thus the panoramic window takes on its full signifcance, detaching itself
from dimensional constraints and hence measuring itself against the static
limitations of the glass itself. The frame, transformed into a guide that controls
movements, may thus be integrated and levelled out around the whole
periphery of the opening, doing away with sills between the interior and the
exterior, totally destroying any intrusive lines and fading into the background,
giving away to an independent structure.
While traditional window systems use glass as a fller and
the frame as structural support, we work with the intrinsic
characteristic of glass and give it the function of self-
supporting element, free to slide within a frame with no
constraints regarding its dimensions.

Steel doors and windows provide all that is required

Bronze is an alloy of copper with zinc or tin, at a

restoration requires a delicate balance. On

the aesthetic aspect and respect for artistic

necessary to abide by safety codes and

of old steel windows and doors (only 36mm
for the openings) with the most advanced
performances guaranteeing security, long
service life and complying with environmental
standards reviving the elegance and motif of
the old fne steel profle for verandas, winter
gardens, doors and bow windows.

Mix Legno provides an array of products, ranging from doors & windows,
staircases, facades and wintergardens made from the highest quality of raw
materials. Paying careful attention to detail means the end product blends
seamlessly into the architecture, enriching its surroundings. Products fnishes can
be done in any kind of wood. These can vary in colour and can be subjected to
special treatments, such as weathering. The range of materials used for fnishes
includes organic and environmentally friendly options.
Easy Gate
The Easygate System is an innovative motorization device
that is simple, elegant and, best of all, requires no external
motor or fxed rack. More than just a linear sliding gate
opener, the system can be applied to virtually any straight line
or curved path operation.

The drive unit, control module and battery are concealed
inside the mounting rail of the moving panel. The unit charges
whilst at rest in either the open and/or closed position. When
needed the simple press of a remote button moves the panel
silently, smoothly and safely. The system is expandable. Each
drive unit has a load capacity of up to 400kg. With four drive
units working in unison the potential to move an object up to
1600kg is achieved with relative ease. Safety is paramount
with the Easygate System. The unit has integrated force
margin sensitivity through encoder monitoring to recognise
when an obstruction is in its path. For added peace of mind
photoelectric safety beams are also incorporated. If a moving
panel detects an obstruction, it will stop, step back and
resume its travel when the beam is cleared.
