misrepresentation andor should not conceal material facts with a design to gain some

It appears from the record that in a di!orce case an application was mo!ed "y the hus"and
that the lady had wrongly filed an affida!it that she is not ser!ing in =elhi (u"lic 'chool, 6rail,
.aini, =istrict 6llaha"ad and therefore, action "e taken against her$ -he lady was ready for
inCuiry in the matter and the court !ide order dated 21$11$0@ ordered that the inCuiry "e
