I have a degree in Communication (honors) from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah. At
this time, I have graduated and still looking for a suitable job. More recently, I have worked in a
West Street management company PT. Ltd. in the Human Resources Department as customer
service officer for 3 years.

As a student communication has taught a lot of things. Experience to meet tight deadlines and
strict training regimen have allowed me to learn stress management, working under a time limit
and the importance of teamwork. With such a great learning experience, I have become more
organized, systematic, proactive and assertive.
