3.BindingAgreement:InordertoentertheContest,youmustagreetothetermsandconditionsofthe
contest(the"OfficialRules"orRules).TheseRuleswillformalegallybindingagreementbetweenZagat
andyouwithrespecttothisContest,pleasereadthemcarefully.YoumaynotsubmitanEntrytothe

AMPacificTime(PT)onOctober22and11:59:59PMPacificTime(PT)onOctober26tobeconsideredfor
oneofthefiveprizes.WinningphotoswillbechosenonOctober28,2014byapanelofjudgesfromZagat.
Toqualifyforconsiderationforprizes,contestantsmustInstagramortweetaphotoincludingthehashtag
#ZagatNYCandagreetotheOfficialRulesoftheContest.

7.Conduct:ByenteringtheContest,youagreetocomplywithandbeboundbytheseOfficialRules,which

theContest.Youfurtheragreetocomplywithandbeboundbythedecisionsofthejudges,whicharefinal
andbindinginallrespects.ZagatreservestherightinitssolediscretiontodisqualifyanyEntrantitfindsto

contextoftheContestbyanyEntrantconcerningidentity,postaladdress,ownershipofrightor

8.JudgingandSelectionofWinners:JudgingwillbedonebyapanelofZagatemployeesorpartners
broughtinforspecificallyjudgingwinnersofthecontest.Photoswillbejudgedontheappealofthefood,
restaurantlocation,oranyotherphotographedelement.Winnerswillbeselectedthebusinessdayfollowing
theclosureofthecontestaspertherulesregardingtimeofsubmission.

PotentialwinnerswillbenotifiedoftheirwinningstatusviaInstagramorTwitterthedayaftercontestcloses.
Exceptwhereprohibitedbylaw,eachpotentialwinnermayberequiredtosignandreturnaDeclarationof

fortwoatAllonda,a$200value.Prizesdonotincludegratuity.Ifthetotalcostisgreaterthanthatamount,
winner(s)arefinanciallyresponsibleforanyadditionalchargesandZagatisnotliable.Ifthetotalcostisless
thanthatamountwinner(s)willNOTreceiveanyadditionalfundsordifferencebetweentheactualamount

CLAIMEDTOBECAUSEDBYPARTICIPATIONINTHECONTESTAND/ORUSEORACCEPTANCEOF
