Wahltheater
In der Gesamtschule von Tanndorf haben die
Schlerinnen und Schler am Wochenende ein
Weihnachtskonzert aufgefhrt. Statt
Eintrittsgelder einzusammeln wurde zur Spende
aufgerufen. Die mglichen Spendenempfnger
wurden vorab ausgewhlt:
1. rzte ohne Grenzen entsendet rztinnen und
rzte in Krisengebiete, um dort die medizinische
Versorgung von notleidenden Menschen zu
sichern.
2. Viva con Agua setzt sich fr die Versorgung
rmerer Regionen mit sauberem Trinkwasser ein.
3. Der World Wildlife Fund (kurz: WWF) ist eine
weltweit arbeitende Naturschutzorganisation,
dessen Regenwaldprojekte sollen untersttzt
werden.

Zur Entscheidungsfindung, welche Organisation
die eingesammelte Spende erhalten soll, hat die
Schulkonferenz beschlossen ein Schlerparlament
zu whlen. Dazu wurden zunchst drei Parteien
gegrndet: Schler ohne Grenzen, Besseres
Leben und Grne Lunge. Jede Partei bestimmt
in allen 20 Klassen einen Kandidaten und bei der
Wahl geben alle Schlerinnen und Schler der
Schule eine Erst- und eine Zweitstimme ab.

Mit der Erststimme wird ein Kandidat oder eine
Kandidatin aus der eigenen Klasse gewhlt. Wer
die meisten Stimmen in der Klasse erhlt,
bekommt direkt einen Platz im Schlerparlament.

15.12. Izbor kazalite
U sveobuhvatnom koli Tanndorf studenti su izveli
boidni koncert na vikend. Umjesto toga
prikupljaju ulaznice je pozvao da doniraju. Mogudi
primatelji donacija su izabrani:


Prvi "Lijenici bez granica" alje lijenicima kriznim
podrujima, kako bi se osiguralo zdravstvene
zatite ljudi u potrebi.

Drugi "Viva con Agua" se zalae za opskrbu pitkom
vodom u siromanijim regijama.
Tredi "World Wildlife Fund" (kratica: WWF) je
organizacija za ouvanje rade diljem svijeta,
praumi projekti biti podrani.


Za donoenje odluka, koje organizacija treba
primiti prikupljeni novac, kolski odbor je odluio
da odaberete studentski parlament. Ove prve tri
"stranke" osnovao "Studenti bez granica", "Bolji
ivot" i "zeleni pluda". Svaka stranka de u svim
klasama 20 i kandidat na izborima dati sve
studente kolu iz poetne i drugi glasovati.



, Prvi od kandidata ili kandidat iz vlastite klase je
izabrao. Tko dobije najvie glasova u klasi dobiva
mjesto izravno u studentskom parlamentu.


15.12. Choice theater
In the comprehensive school of Tanndorf the
students have performed a Christmas concert at
the weekend. Instead collect entrance fees was
called to donate. The possible recipients of
donations have been selected:

First "Doctors Without Borders" sends doctors to
crisis areas in order to ensure the health care of
people in need.

Second "Viva con Agua" is committed to the
supply of clean drinking water in poorer regions.
Third The "World Wildlife Fund" (short: WWF) is a
conservation organization working around the
world, the rainforest projects to be supported.


For decision making, which organization should
receive the collected donation, the school board
has decided to choose a student parliament.
These first three "parties" founded "Students
Without Borders," "Better Life" and "green lung".
Each party shall in all 20 classes and a candidate in
the election to give all students the school from
initial and a second vote.


, The first of a candidate or a candidate from their
own class is chosen. Whoever gets the most votes
in the class gets a place directly in the student
parliament.

Mit der Zweitstimme wird eine Partei gewhlt.
Von den 40 Pltzen im Schulparlament bekommt
jede Partei den prozentualen Anteil an Sitzen, den
sie innerhalb der abgegebenen Zweitstimmen
erreicht hat. Dafr legt jede Partei eine Rangliste
mit 40 Kandidaten an.

Es kann passieren, dass einer Partei durch die
Zweitstimme prozentual mehr Pltze zustehen, als
durch ihre Direktkandidaten eingenommen
werden. Dann werden die brigen ihr
zustehenden Pltze mit den weiteren Kandidaten
von der Rangliste besetzt. Es kann auch passieren,
dass eine Partei mehr Direktkandidaten in den
Klassen gewonnen hat als ihr prozentual an
Pltzen aufgrund der Zweitstimmen zustehen.
Dann werden die berzhligen Direktkandidaten
zustzlich dazugesetzt. So kann es dann mehr als
40 Pltze im Schlerparlament geben. Die Wahl
hat das folgende Ergebnis hervorgebracht (siehe
Bild).

Wie viele Pltze wird es mit den Wahlergebnissen
im Bild im Schlerparlament geben?

zastupnikih mjesta u parlamentu koli svaka
stranka dobiva postotak sjedala, koji je postignut
u drugoj glasova. To je napravio bilo koju stranku
na rang liste 40 kandidata.


To se moe dogoditi da stranka ima pravo po drugi
glasova postotnih vie mjesta, nego se uzima od
strane njihovih izravnih kandidata. Zatim ostatak
pravim mjestima su zauzeli s ostalim kandidatima
na ljestvici. Takoer se moe dogoditi da stranka
kandidat osvojio vie izravan u svojim razredima
kao postotak mjestima stajati zbog drugi glasova.
Tada su viak izravni kandidati biti postavljen
dodatno. To onda moe biti vie od 40 mjesta u
studentskom parlamentu. Izbor je proizvela
sljedede rezultate (vidi sliku).




Koliko mjesta de biti s izbornim rezultatima na slici

With the second vote a party is elected. Of the 40
seats in parliament school each party gets the
percentage of seats, which is reached in the
second votes cast. This has been made any party
to a ranked list of 40 candidates.


It can happen that a party is entitled by the
second vote percentage more places, than be
taken by their direct candidates. Then the rest of
their rightful places are occupied with the other
candidates of the rankings. It can also happen that
a party candidate won more direct in their classes
as a percentage of places to stand because of the
second votes. Then the excess direct candidates
to be set additionally. It can then be more than 40
seats in the student parliament. The choice has
produced the following results (see picture).
