ORDER
As
per
the Government Order read as 1't above, National
Pension System has been made mandatory in the state for all
appointments made on or after 01.04.2013. As
per the Government
Order read as 2nd above, General Provident Fund
(Kerala)
Rules 2011
have been made applicable to those employees who have
joined
service on or after 01,04.2013 and come under the
purview of
National Pension system.
2. Consequent to the retrospective hike resulted in the Pay and
Dearness Allowances of the employees due to Pay revision and
Dearness Allowance revision etc.,the residual amount towards arrears
on that account are being
paid to the employees every time. By
virtue of RuJe 9(7) of General Provident Fund
(Kerala)
Rules
2011,such arrears of Pay and Dearness Allowances are being
credited to the General Provident Fund account of the employees,
3. ln the light of the above Rule and the G.O second cited,
Government are
pleased to order that the arrears on account of hike
in Pay and Dearness Allowances etc. in respect of State Government
employees who come under the
purview
of National Pension system
shall be credited to the employees'
respective General
Provident
Fund account.
